Above Perledo, in the hamlet Regoledo 4.6 km from the centre of Varenna, 27 km from the centre of Lecco, 58 km from the centre of Como, on a slope, 5.7 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 400 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. 5 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 4.6 km, supermarket 7.7 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bus stop "Perledo" 2 km, railway station "Varenna" 3.7 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gittana" 5.7 km (small), park "Lido di Varenna" 4 km. Marina 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 48 km. Nearby attractions: Castello di Vezio, Villa Monastero, Villa Cipressi. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Schöner Platz.
Bei gutem Wetter ist es ok, weil dann das Leben draußen stattfinden kann, weil der Platz der zum Haus gehört wirklich riesengroß und sehr gut ist.
Aber an der Innenausstattung fehlt es schon ziemlich!
Im Wohnzimmer hat es keinen Tisch und nur ein durchgesessenes relativ altes Sofa und eben das TV.
Das geht so natürlich gar nicht!
Und dann sind auch noch die Matratzen im Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer voll durchgelegen.
Auch das darf so nicht sein bei diesem Preis!
Aber wie gesagt: weil es ums Haus richtig gut ist und der Blick auf den Lago di Como so gigantisch ist, wird man, wenn das Wetter gut ist, schnell wieder vellversöhnlich gestimmt.

Es freut uns, dass Sie den Außenbereich und den atemberaubenden Blick auf den Lago di Como schätzen konnten. Es ist uns ein Anliegen, ständig zu verbessern und unseren Gästen den bestmöglichen Komfort zu bieten. Ihre Rückmeldung hilft uns dabei. Gern bestätigen wir, dass der TV nach Überprüfung einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Matratzen wurden ebenfalls überprüft und sind in einem guten Zustand.
Das Sofa ist funktionstüchtig, allerdings nehmen wir Ihre Anmerkung bezüglich des Komforts ernst, auch hier werden Ausbesserungen in Betracht gezogen. Mooi uitzicht
Bij aankomst hebben we de beschrijving en de foto’s nogmaals bekeken. Beide zijn conform de werkelijkheid. Het is echt primair en eenvoudig, maar we miste de relaxstoelen voor buiten op het terras. De bankjes buiten zijn niet fijn om lekker te kunnen lezen. De douche (ingang) is erg smal. De sleutel zat in een sleutelkluisje, geen persoonlijke ontvangst. Ook bij het vertrek geen persoonlijk afscheid. Bij het probleem van de pelletkachel werd er door Daniël wel direct actie ondernomen.
