The Space:

Walking distance to the village and the slopes at Northstar resort, you’ll find this sunny, newly remodeled condo tucked into the trees. It's an easy walk to the ski hill or Northstar Village, so you can spend wintertime days snowshoeing, skiing, or snow tubing. Even better, there are minimal stairs and you'll have easy access to a ski locker, so you can save your energy for the slopes. Spend the warm months hiking, mountain biking, climbing, enjoying nearby Lake Tahoe, or shopping and dining in charming downtown Truckee, just to the north. When the weather permits, you can walk to ski runs that access both gondolas, and there are free shuttle services throughout the resort.



At home, grab a cup of coffee and start the day on your deck, enjoying the crisp air and mountain view. Inside, you’ll find abundant natural light, mountain-modern furnishings, heated floors, and an open floor plan. The chef will love the sleek, updated kitchen, with high-end, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and everyone can dine together at the table for four. In the evening, snuggle up on the couch in front of the gas fireplace while you stream the latest shows or use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media.



Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.
