The vacation rental (basement with low ceilings, no stairs or thresholds), which was renovated and furnished in a modern style in 2021, is ideal for 2 to 3 people. It is located in the heart of the “Bosel” scenic conservation area—right on the wine trail.
The approximately 40-square-meter apartment features a living area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, as well as a kitchenette with a dining table. The kitchen area offers everything self-catering guests need. A coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stovetop, oven, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment are provided.
The vacation apartment also features a bedroom with a French double bed (140 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, an entryway with a coat rack, and a small storage room.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space on the property are also available. The vacation rental also features its own small terrace with a table and chairs.

In addition, the city of Meissen charges a visitor’s tax of 1.50 euros per person per night. Children under 18, as well as high school students, college students, and apprentices up to age 25, are exempt from this tax. The visitor’s tax can be paid on-site (card payments not accepted).
The house is in a very quiet location yet not far from the historic old town. Within walking distance, you’ll find several wineries and wine taverns. By bike, it’s a direct 2 km ride to the Elbe Cycle Route. Starting right from the house, you can hike 1.6 km to the Boselspitze lookout point, where you can enjoy the view of the Elbe Valley toward Dresden—and on a clear day, even as far as Saxon Switzerland. Dresden, 20 km away, is easily accessible from the Meissen train station via the S-Bahn or directly by car in about 30 minutes.
