The Space:

Come to this captivating Sunriver home and get down to the serious business of having fun! You'll also have 10 passes to SHARC!



Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the north end of Sunriver, this is truly one of the best. Single-level with four bedrooms and three baths, this home has king beds in two bedrooms. One king bedroom is a master suite, and there is a queen in third bedroom and a set of bunks with a twin trundle in the fourth. There is also a sleeper sofa. This home sleeps 10.



Each bedroom has its own TV, including the room with the bunk beds - perfect for the kids!



Spend your days swimming at SHARC and come home to the cool comfort of this air-conditioned home. There is a Ping-Pong table in the garage. Once here you'll want to make this your home away from home again and again.



Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

Ski Vacation

Perfect plane to stay for getting to Mt Bachelor and coming back to a cozy place to hang out and sleep! Great location in Sunriver near the Village.

Great Sunriver Home!

We had a great time! The layout of the house is perfect for 3 couples and a few kids. The kitchen was spacious and the big dining table was perfect for dinners and game nights. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean!

Lovely spot to have it all

We had a wonderful time at the house. We brought our friends who have two kids and we have one. They all slept in the bunk room giving them their own space and the adults theirs. The fire place was a huge hit along with the back yard on a clear night. Everything was thought of and was easy to use.

We come down every year for a comapny ski trip and finding homes that are similar and that meet our number of sleep areas is always fun. This house was nicely laid out and clean.

Excellent accommodations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful rental. There were plenty of bikes of all sizes to choose from. The ping pong table was in excellent condition. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We used the gas grill and the hot tub and both functioned perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pluses and minuses

The living room area and sleeping accommodations fit our needs, nicely! We really appreciated the two king beds and three full baths. We enjoyed the SHARC passes and the location - it was about a 35 minute walk to Fort Rock Park and pickleball courts. On the downside, the outdoor furniture needed cleaning and appeared quite old - replacing the table/chair set and adding a few additional sitting options would be nice. The BBQ was a mess and needed to be cleaned before using.

Listing

We received the welcome email a few days before and the email said only one car could park at the property. The listing said there was lots of parking included and with garage spaces as well. I spent an hour on the phone with vacasa and finally had the issue resolved.

Wonderful place for families

We had such a great family vacation here! The owners have really thought of everything, have lots of bikes in the garage, a ping pong table, great hot tub, plenty of towels and SHARC passes, and most importantly if you have toddlers, it is all on one story and very child safe! My boys also loved the Wii gaming system as an added perk. Our family of five with kids 7, 5 and 19 months along with a set of grandparents stayed very comfortably here with plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen is stocked well with all you need to cook or grill out at home. Only two issues 1) the bunk bed ladder is not attached (and looks like it was broken in the garage), but my little monkey climbed up ok on the outside - maybe should be fixed for younger kiddos who couldn’t climb as well, and 2) the front room where my 19 month old slept was very cold and would not heat no matter what we did. The vent is open in that room but it was only spitting out cold air. Should be checked. Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect and we hope to return again soon!

Overall good, but...

...we had lots of trouble with the hottub. As in, three service calls to get it fixed, and it was the heaviest lid I have ever lifted. Definitely a two-person job unless you want to injure your toe like I did! This needs to be replaced, no question. The property manager took a few weeks to resolve our is issue. The local Vacasa office staff were very friendly and nice, just wish this wasn't a problem because we booked this house to have a hottub. At the end of the day, still giving this property 4 out of 5 stars. House was otherwise fantastic. Kitchen was beautifully stocked. We loved the ping pong table, gas grill, and beds. A/C was much-appreciated, especially with wildfire smoke coming up from CA. Quiet cul-de-sac, and not so isolated as some other reviews made it sound.

House not ready for guests

Key pad on door very difficult to use due to wear and style of lock. Had to call to get air conditioning turned on. Had to call to get floor mopped because it was so dirty. Cleaners just mopped around throw rugs. Drain in bath running very slow. We found a plunger and used that to improve flow. House was not clean when we arrived and sending a couple of people with rags is not cleaning anything you are just moving dust around. The house was not cleaned as stated on your website. Not clean under cushions or couches. We found an old candy wrapper under a couch. Carpets looked very worn. Not sure when they were last shampooed. This house was not worth the money we paid. I should not have spend my time on vacation calling or fixing things. No refund or personal call occurred or was offered. Very unlikely to ever use you again. I will be glad to tell our friends how things went.

Great house!

We were a group of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. The ranch style home was plenty big enough for all of us. Three of 4 bedrooms were attached to a bathroom. The smallest room was set up for the kids, with sleeping for 3. It really needs to be for 4 kids. There were 10 Sharc passes that were great. The kitchen was well supplied with the necessary pots/pans and dishes and basic spices. There was a hot tub and the desk was big enough for all of us with seating. It was a drive to the Village but not bad to the Sharc pool. We had a great time!

Great mid-week getaway

The property was the perfect size and location for a short getaway. The layout worked well for 2 adults and our children. Nice deck and hot tub, put to good use. :).

Average Stay

House met our needs, but there is room for improvement on the overall experience. First, the listing at the time of booking mentioned a Wii and even though we checked all the drawers, etc. it was no where to be found (added bummer because it was smoky and the SHARC was closed). The kitchen also had two coffee makers but was not stocked with coffee filters, which seems minor but for a coffee drinker it was tragic. Overall our stay was average. The beds are older and squeaky but comfortable, sheets are warn but fine. There was constant wild life right out the back door which was awesome!

While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home.
