Get away from it all while reconnecting with family, friends, or nature at this rustic mountain retreat. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Mt. Hood while relaxing on the private deck, or head down to the creekside sitting area to enjoy the calm bubbling of Still Creek. Hike down to Trillium Lake for alpine lake swimming and breathtaking views. Government Camp offers gear rentals and great food and drink options just a short drive from home.



After the day's adventures, unwind in the living area and bust out a board game for a group game night or crack open a good book for some quiet reading time. A wood-burning fireplace provides a cozy ambience and warmth for the cooler seasons. Plan and prepare home-cooked meals with ease in the well-appointed full kitchen. One bedroom includes access to a private balcony.

A lovely gem for quiet time

This was a lovely place for the kids to explore the creek outback, and for easy access to Trillium Lake. We were glad not to have the TV or wifi (the kids actually read books!), but definitely come prepared for that!

Fantastic cozy cabin in the woods

What a wonderful cabin. The interior is all wood with a fireplace and a full kitchen. Just past the still creek campground nestled in the woods by a creek, which was so soothing to hear in the distance. Lovely spot. Thank you

Quaint clean and cozy

The cabin is very clean and located in a very quiet serene setting. All you hear is nature all around you. It's very conveniently located easy walk to all the trails around trillium lake and a quick drive to government camp or up to timberline for more hiking or views. It was very clean and well kept. Don't expect anything fancy as the place is very rustic but it has all the basic amenities you need. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the necessities there are plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking to get away from a hectic lifestyle and just relax for a little bit. I would definitely stay here again
