The property is located on the second block of Hafenstraße and is absolutely quiet and very sunny.
From the garden, a second exit leads directly to Likedeeler Weg (a walking and biking path) and from there directly to the traffic-calmed street Fischmarkt.
The supermarket is only 20 meters away. (Google Maps is misleading; Hafenstr. 29 is actually located roughly at the same level as Hafenstr. 33).
The property features 2 parking spaces, 1 bike storage room for 8 bikes, and 2 patios with garden furniture.
