The 53-square-meter vacation apartment was completed in 2016. It is located on the first floor of a small residential complex with an elevator, comprising a total of 9 units.
The entire vacation apartment is equipped with radiant floor heating. In the modern living room, you’ll find a cozy sitting area with an HD TV, DVD player, and stereo system. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with a separate dining area features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster for self-catering.
The bedroom, which opens off the hallway, is furnished with a comfortable 1.80-meter-wide double bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping space for one person. The hallway leads to the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. A small storage room also opens off the hallway. The vacation rental features a west-facing balcony with a view of the greenery, perfect for relaxing. The rental includes a parking space and a lockable shed for your bicycles. The building has an elevator that takes you to the 1st floor. From there, a small staircase with 4 steps leads to the vacation rental.
