Showed up to the room and it wasn't clean. Had vomit on the back patio, vomit on the comforter, rusty fridge, and ants everywhere..I'm not usually one to complain but this property was totally unacceptable for anybody to stay in as it was given to me. The one positive thing I will say is when I communicated the shape the room was in I was able to receive a full refund after talking with customer service for about an hour. I was then able to book a new room directly through the hotel which was beautiful so I was grateful to have a clean room for my family to stay in at the end of a bad experience.

Upstairs king bed is very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms seemed clean. Kitchen was ok, but the living and dining areas were not. There were ants and also termites (or flying ants). There were some broken lamp switches, no sponge to wash dishes, and the dishwasher door was tough to close. The pull out couch was well-worn and the mattress was very dirty. There were cobwebs on the first floor. We enjoyed the balconies, and it's a great location -- close to historic Newport and the sea lions, food, shops, etc. The management company was responsive to our questions re: check in and check out, but did not have the answers quickly, if at all. With improved cleanliness, communication, and fixes, this would be a nicer stay.

Fabulous 2 bed 2 bath 2 balcony home. Super comfy beds and great pillows!!!Access was easy, instructions were accurate, and hime is so comfy.

What we loved most was the view. Sitting outside was the best. View from inside georgous. It was clean. The bathroom and bedroom upstairs were great. The whole place is worn. It may not seem as clean because it could use an update, but really it was very clean. The only bummer was the first day was hot (not usual) but we noticed the lack of AC immediately. Once it cooled down, the window air flow and fan were all that we needed.We wished the cookware was better when we cooked breakfast.We would stay there again. We really loved sitting and relaxing while enjoying that view. Another plus is one 3 stairs from them car to the main floor of the condo.
