The Space:

Tucked back on the Heron Point golf course sits this spacious condo with brand-new furnishings, including hardwood floors. Completely updated kitchen including cabinets, floor, quartz countertops, washer/dryer and new mattresses. This second-floor Racquet Club villa is newly painted with a neutral color palette and features a spacious layout with an abundance of natural light. You will find your rental spotlessly clean upon arrival. Sliding glass doors open to the private deck with views of the Heron Point golf course through the majestic oaks. The outdoor space is complete with a table, chairs, and a lounger. Abundant Sea Pines Resort amenities include beach access, bike trails, pool, tennis, and pickleball.



Relax on the comfortable sofas and plush armchair in the living room and enjoy a movie on the 55-inch TV. Two sofa beds are great for extra guests. The fully updated, well-equipped kitchen features newer stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, as well as plentiful cabinet space to stash vacation treats. Share meals around the dining table which includes a table leaf and chairs to seat everyone. Take in peaceful golf course views while you eat.



This condo includes two bedrooms that sleep six in total. Two renovated bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries. The main bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, armchair, and a new 50 inch TV. The newly updated, well-lit en-suite bathroom features a sleek design as well as a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a 40-inch TV, and direct access to the updated second bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The complex also has on-site pickleball courts in addition to tennis courts.



This Sea Pines Racquet Club villa is just a short walk to Harbour Town and across from the Sea Pines Tennis Center. Just a few feet from the trolley line which runs to the Sea Pines Beach Club and Harbour Town, where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and music. Nice place and great location

Overall great experience. There was a lot of rotten wood on the exterior and the cooking pans need to be replaced but otherwise, it was a nice rental.

Great location to Harbour Town. Clean unit. Nice golf course view. I've been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years and this is my first time staying in Raquet Club Villas. I'd recommend it for families or a romantic getaway! Very easy walking to all Harbour Town amenities and club house!

Our stay at the racket club villas was excellent. The Borcher’s condo was perfect for our family of four. The condo was very clean upon arrival and came equipped with everything that we needed for the vacation. The only thing I would change would be to replace the king size bed. The mattress had a strange hump in the middle and was uncomfortable to sleep on. I’m not sure if it was the large mattress pad that caused the hump but that bed would be my only complaint.

Wonderful location for our Moms wedding!

The property is in the perfect location, clean, with a beachy, cottage feel. The basic necessities were provided such as soap and coffee; which was much appreciated. We were next door to our Grandmother’s Villa which was a plus. The view of the golf course was so pretty in the fall and an easy walk to Harbourtown. We will definitely be back!
