Das Haus hat schon einige Jahrzehnte auf dem Buckel, wurde aber mehrfach renoviert ( Bad und Küche neuwertig).Sehr ruhige Wohnlage und Entfernung zum Strand und Zentrum günstig. Wer eine supermoderne Wohnung in einer exclusiven Lage und Ausstattung sucht, mus sicher wesentlich mehr Geld bezahlen.
