With a view of the sea, the holiday apartment 'Apartment in Bolnuevo' is perfect for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The 58 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen (including cafetiere), 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In addition, a folding bed can be set up, so the accommodation offers space for 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. There is no A/C in the bedrooms but there are large ceiling fans. There are also 4 portable heaters and a hot air fan. In the cupboard by the stairs you can find beach chairs, beach mats and children's toys for the beach. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture and an open terrace. You may bring our own grill if you'd like to have a barbecue. Enjoy long evenings dining outside and watching the sunset over the sea. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool. The ideal place to chill out, soak up the sun and relax.

There are several beaches in the area, but not all of them have the same quality in terms of water and beach cleanliness. It's worth trying different beaches.

Pros: Couldn't find fault with this accommodation. Clean, tidy, , everything there for your catering needs. Excellent view's from the balcony. Great places to eat, friendly people. The owner was very helpful and accommodating throughout. His caretaker graeme was also very helpful in showing me around and also picking me up from the airport. Since this was my first holiday on my own i felt slightly apprehensive but I have to say that all changed when I arrived. I was never alone at any point and met some lovely people. I will most certainly be back .

Pros: We found this little gem of a place in March 2018 and liked it so much we book our main holiday this year. Air conditioning and ceiling fans have recently been put in the property. Location was key for us with a short walk to the local bars, shops and beach, but it was the easy access to Puerto de Mazarron which made this place ideal. Communication with the owner is quick and easy and he responds within 24 hours. His description of the property and surrounding area is very accurate, so please take time to read this. A meet and greet service is available and help is on hand should you need it. We really enjoyed our stay and are seriously thinking of booking the property again next year.

Pros: We are familiar with the area but this year wanted a smaller property or apartment as they are easier to keep warm in the Spanish winter.This was a late booking as our other plans were thwarted but we know it is important to choose wisely when spending more than a month in the same accomodation.This is a clean well appointed apartment in a quiet (out of season) but predominately Spanish area. Communication with the owner were excellent and minor issues were sorted promptly. The owners rep on site was also helpful, we hope to return next year for a longer winter break which tell you all you need to know :-)

Pros: It was the third time we visited this apartment, which we like very good and where we don't miss anything. We love this place and look every time forward to visit Bolnuevo. The view from the terrace is nothing to complain about, where we can see towards Mazarron and we can also see the Mediterranean Sea. We are found of walking and there are many possibilities in this area. In the mountain near, there are many paths and you can also walk along the beach promenade in Bolnuevo. For us who are playing golf, we like to go with trolleys at the golfcourse. Sensol is our favourite. The course itself is so fun to play, and the people in the proshop are so gentle and pleasant. The price is also very manageable. The first impression outside the course (training area) is may not be very good, but when you start to play, we love it, and we have played at many courses in Spain. We recommend this apartment and the service is the best from Stuart and his caretaker.

Estuvimos muy bien mi, mujer, mi hijo mayorfamilia y yo.

Pros: El apartamento estaba provisto de todo, no faltaba de nada. Bien climatizado. La piscina estaba muy bien, era más grande de lo que parece en la foto. La tranquilidad de la urbanización. Era perfecta para desconectar y descansar. Las playas nos gustaron mucho, muy tranquilas. Nos gustó mucho Isla Plana, Cartagena, Murcia… Cons: La distancia a la playa más próxima, pero eso ya nos lo imaginábamos.

Pros: Een mooi appartement op rustige locatie met mooi uitzicht (maart 2019). Goed uitgeruste keuken. Zeer correcte en vlotte contacten met eigenaar Stuart Bolton. Prijs all in (ook autostaanplaats in overdekte parkhal). We hebben vooral genoten van het grote terras met terrasmeubelen. Goede airco (ook voor verwarming). Matras dubbelbed is aan vervanging toe. Zeker een aanrader!

Pros: El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas y así lo hicimos, aún en tiempos de Covid-19. Tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores para disminuir el calor sofocante del verano. Parking en garaje fue una comodidad para no coger el coche a pleno sol. Y Una terraza espectacular para disfrutar de las cenas y del cielo y la tranquilidad de la zona. Decir que nosotros ya conocíamos el entorno por ir todos los años. El propietario Stuart es muy agradable y te proporciona todas las facilidades para hacer la estancia mucho más cómoda. Ha sido un auténtico placer.

Pros: Es hat mir toll gefallen. Komplett ausgestattet in sehr guter Qualität. Swimmingpool, Tiefgarage, Lift, Internet. Das Apartment lebt durch seine große Terrasse mit einem gigantischen Ausblick auf die Küste von Mazarron und Umland. Ein toller Platz in der Sonne, um zu relaxen. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch den Caretaker Graeme und den Vermieter Stuart Bolton per Mail war fantastisch. So etwas hatte ich noch nie, es hat mich sehr gefreut. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man gern zurück kommt.

Pros: Dette var vår første tur til Bolnuevo. Leiligheten var velutstyrt og hadde en terrasse med panorama utsikt mot havet og det flotte landskapet. Vi likte spesielt morningene hvor vi kunne sitte i soloppgangen og nyte frokosten. Dette var en stille tid på året, men vi liker ro og nøt stillheten. Vi leide bil under oppholdet vårt og kjørte rundt for å bli kjent i området og var blant annet i Cartagena. Vi hadde planer om å spille golf på flere baner i området, men Sensol golf, Camposol ble vår favoritt, så vi spilte noen runder der. Spilte også på Alhama, også en bane som anbefales. Ellers er Puerto de Mazarron, en "pærle" og et flott sted å besøke, kun noen få minutters kjøretur fra Bolnuevo. Der er det massevis av restauranter, og servicen er veldig bra. Du føler deg spesielt velkommen. Mens du nyter et godt måltid, kan du sitte og se utover promenaden og båthavnen.

Pros: El apartamento no tiene lavavajillas ni aire acondicionado. Pero se compensa con muchos ventiladores y con una terraza esplendida, con unas vistas muy chulas. Es cómodo y perfecto para pasar unos días de vacaciones. En cuanto a Mazarrón tengo que decir que nos has sorprendido. Las playas son estupendas, tienes todos los servicios necesarios y es bastante barato para todo lo que ofrece. Aunque hay bastante gente en Agosto en ningún momento sientes el agobio de otras zonas turísticas porque son muchos kilómetros de playas accesibles. Y no hay apenas edificios altos. Al apartamento está bien ubicado y tiene parking que hace la estancia cómoda y la piscina, aunque en principio parece pequeña para la cantidad de apartamentos de la urbanización en ningún momento hemos estado con mas de 6 personas y para dormir es muy tranquilo, al menos en los días que hemos estado nosotros.

Pros: Un séjour d hiver fantastique! Rien ne manque, la terrasse est fabuleuse et plein soleil toute la matinée.. L appartement est assez grand pour 2 adultes et 2 adolescents. La literie est de bonne qualité.Stuart ainsi que les personnes qui nous ont remis les clés sont adorables et très attentionnée. Nous reviendrons c est sûr!

Pros: Super recomendable. Genial tanto los dueños como la persona que está allí pendiente. El apartamento muy cómodo, limpio, con todos los utensilios necesarios. Todo fueron facilidades para estar allí y para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. En cuanto pueda volveremos. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Eso sí, hace falta coche para ir comprar y a la playa, pero está a 4 minutos de un DIA y de la playa. Muy, muy contento. Un cordial saludo a Stuart y a Graeme.
