With spectacular views of the sea, this holiday villa in Mijas Costa is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The three-storey villa features a living and dining room with an electric fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to nine guests: six in beds, one on a fold-up bed in one bedroom, and two on a sofa bed in the living room.



One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower, and the front bedroom features a beautiful balcony with panoramic sea views. The family bathroom includes a bath with a shower over it, and there is an additional shower room on the same floor as the living room, convenient for guests using the sofa bed.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a Smart TV with international channels. A baby cot and high chair are available for an extra fee if requested in advance.



The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a gated pool (providing added security for children), garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. Enjoy the spectacular sea views from both the upstairs and downstairs terraces.



Free parking is available on the property. Pets, parties, and groups under 25 years old are not allowed. Please note that there are steps up to the first floor. There may be governmental water regulations in place during your visit, which could impact the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.

Fabulous week away.

We had a lovely stay. Villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Views from all the terraces are beautiful and there are plenty of garden tables and chairs to pick from. Pool looked great, although we didn’t use it due to the weather. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

Pros: A perfect house to visit all year around. The house was clean and comfortable with three nice bedrooms. You can always choose if you want to stay in the sun or in the shadow because of the many diffrent sides of the terrace. It also has the best oceanview. We will be back:)

Pros: We had a fantastic two weeks at Calle Leo with our three young children. The villa enjoys wonderful sea views from the living room, terrace and master bedroom. It was spacious and very well equipped. The swimming pool was bathed in sunshine from morning until evening. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing homely villa in Riviera. Yolanda was very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely house in a great location

Pros: One of my favourite properties!! The house was set in a perfect location, high enough to have stunning sea views but near enough to walk easily to beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Everything you could need was provided in the house and there was plenty of space in all the rooms and various areas around the house. Yolanda was the perfect host and made all the arrangements for our arrival and check in as well as being available day and night if needed during our stay. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely look to return to the lovely Casa Leo.

Pros: We stayed at Casa Pili in the first week of August 2018 as a family of 4. My daughter who’s 4 and my son who is 9 and has autism were immediately comfortable and at home in the apartment. It’s warm decor and extremely easy access to shops and the beach made it a perfect family place to stay, and the choice of outdoor pools in beautiful gardens allowed plenty of opportunity for the adults and children to enjoy relaxing and bring busy! Ideal family holiday apartment!

Pros: we have been visiting the area for 7 years now and have stayed in different villa's each time. this will now stop! as we have found the perfect Villa.. it is exactly as described, so quite and fantastic views and Yolanda was such a great manager, nothing was too much trouble and she even helped when our car hire broke down, which is nothing to do with the villa! we are definitely coming back.

Pros: Loved our stay at this wonderful villa situated in a quiet residential area, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The villa is very well equipped and has super comfortable beds and quality bed linen. Yolanda was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The pool and pool area are really good. The wrap around terrace had the sun until late at night and of course the sea view was amazing. We were very appreciative of supplies provided such as milk, soft drink, water and coffee. A wonderful 15 day stay and we hope to return next year. Highly recommended.

Pros: Just back from 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely villa in Riviera Del Sol. Stunning views, bright clean property that ticked all our boxes. Villa is second line to beach on an elevated position yet just off Avenue Del golf and a 2 min drive or 10 min walk to local bars and shops. Very well equipped with ample cutlery and delph for 8 people. Sat tv, excellent wifi. 3 beds (1 double, 2 twins) and 3 bathrooms. I did have reservations about the pool size from photos but it was perfect for the 5 of us. Refreshing and deep which isn't always the case in villas in the area. It was however a tight squeeze to get 5 sun loungers around it but with terraces wrapping villa and a good size dining terrace near BBQ area it worked out well. My only criticism would be that there was no queen size bed in one of the bedrooms that would have led to a more luxurious stay. Also thought villa could do with more seating in lounge area (2 & 3 seater sofa not enough for a max capacity of 8). Would recommend villa more suited to a family of older kids due to 3 levels and lots of steps. We loved our stay here and would recommend heartily.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the villa on Calle Leo. Upon arrival we were pleased to see how clean and well-kept the property was. It was very bright and airy but with lots of privacy. There were 4 of us staying and there was plenty of room, this villa would be perfect for a family. The views across to the ocean from the main balcony and swimming pool were fantastic. Absolutely everything we needed was there, and there were plenty of towels etc. The Miraflores supermarket was only a 10 mins walk away at the top of the hill. 10 mins down the hill you have another supermarket and more shops and restaurants and of course the beach! The paella and fresh sardines at Chiringuito El Juncal were amazing. Also, it may be in a strange location but the Rocca Grill Argentinian restaurant is well worth a trip, even if you’re not staying locally, but in this case, it was just a short walk around to the next road. Riveria del Sol is a wonderful area, a nice mix of locals and holidaymakers and never seems too busy. We would certainly go back, and would recommend this villa to anyone. A quick word on the property manager Yolanda. From the start of the booking process until the very end of our holiday, she was wonderful. Always very quick to get back to me with responses to any questions I had, and she provided all the info we needed for meeting up, checking in and then checking out. The one small problem that we had whilst we were there was dealt with so quickly and professionally it’s hard to put into words – efficient doesn’t even come close! She really does go the extra mile and deserves a special mention. Having someone this fantastic to help with the practical side of things really does make such a difference to your holiday experience.
