Finca Rafal Nou is private, idyllic and provides an ideal retreat. Nestling on the lower slopes of the Tramuntana mountain range, the villa has beautiful countryside views, and is ideal for those wanting a family holiday in the Pollenca hills. The beautiful old town of Pollenca is just a few minutes drive away, while the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are just 6 Km. further. The popular Pollenca Golf course is within 5 minutes reach.


Finca Rafal Nou is a very comfortable and spacious holiday home. From the impressive hallway there is access to the lounge with comfy sofa seating, Satellite TV and a fireplace. Dining in comfort is assured in the impressive dining room with floor to ceiling windows affording fine views to the gardens and pool. The house has a fully fitted modern kitchen with all our modern day requirements including dishwasher, microwave, wall oven, ceramic hob and more. There is also a walk-in pantry. Two doors lead to the outdoor covered BBQ area and the laundry room. A stone arched entrance leads to a twin bedroom with pool and garden views and a large shower room . There is a guest cloakroom with shower and toilet on the same floor. The main stairway leads up to the landing and onto the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private balcony. Two further twin/double bedrooms each have doorway opening to the second balcony and share a good sized bath/shower room. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

To the rear of Finca Rafal Nou there is a huge covered dining terrace with solid Oak `Banquet`dining table and a summer kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven, sink and worktop. Thes area is overlooking large swimming pool with Roman steps. Comfortable sun loungers adorn the furnished sun terraces. There is a poolside shower and a further shaded sun terrace and lawns to play on.
