ALQUILER SÁBADO A SÁBADO EN JUNIO, JULIO, AGOSTO Y SEPTEMBRE.

Una hermosa y tranquila finca situada entre el casco antiguo de Pollença y el puerto de Pollença con 3.500 m2 de terreno y 375 m2 de área de vivienda para vivir. Su enorme piscina, cuya parte delantera es poco profunda como una playa, desciende gradualmente a una profundidad de aproximadamente 2 metros. La piscina es ideal para niños pequeños y bebés teniendo en cuenta el aspecto de seguridad que requiere cualquier niño, disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables. ¡No querrán salir del agua! ...Justo en el medio de la piscina hay una fuente que a un lado cuenta con una gloriosa cascada de agua que glorifica la belleza de la piscina.
El área de la terraza está bien equipada con sombrillas y tumbonas con un jardín tropical circundante, palmeras y todo tipo de plantas que agregan colores maravillosos a este entorno excepcional.
La enorme barbacoa diseñada con exquisito sabor y toques tradicionales está a pocos metros de la piscina. Dentro del salón de la barbacoa, hay un baño con ducha.
La casa en sí, una antigua granja que ha sido reformada con piedra y madera al estilo tradicional, cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, una sala de estar con chimenea, TV, DVD y receptores WIFI gratuitos, y 4,5mt por 1,5mt. mesa de madera cuidadosamente construida in situ dentro de la sala de estar.
En la planta baja hay una habitación king con baño completo.
En el primer piso hay 3 habitaciones más, 2 habitaciones con 2 camas individuales cada una, y una doble que permite alojamiento para 8 personas. Las ventanas y los balcones de arriba permiten vistas pintorescas de las montañas de la Serra de Tramontana.
Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones junto con calefacción central en toda la casa.

Brilliant stay just outside of Port de Pollenca

Great place, we would definitely stay again! The pool is definitely the star of the show, shallow bits for the kids and a really deep section for jumping and diving in. There are lots of mosquitos about so make sure you take repellant!

Summer Holiday

The pool was amazing, huge and perfect for our children with the youngest being 3! You have to drive everywhere which was fine as we hired two cars, but would be hard if you didn’t. Good location to everyone, 5 mins to Pollensa, 5 mins to the beach and large supermarkets just a couple of mins away. Could have done with some info on things like washing machine etc as we weren’t able to use them. Overall a brilliant stay, thank you

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed the stay at the Vila! Absolutely smooth communication with the landlord. All went well we got help when we needed it. The outside area is absolutely gorgeous. Lovely pool and perfect with little kids as they can play and stand in the first part of the pool. The inside is very spaceous. The furniture is a bit old and could be replaced, Unforuntely, there are many many mosquitos. So better bring lots of mosquito spray. t

The villa was spacious and quirky.On arrival no running water from taps or toilets, two calls made eventually maintenance man plus lady arrived sorted.Main concern the amount of mosquitoes and midges this is with all windows kept closed at all times, nets used, jungle spray plus medication provided by local pharmacy all seven of party badly effected. Since home medical treatment sort. We appreciate there’s a lot of established gardens but we’ve rented a variety of villas within Spain and not had this previously all in August.The villa is well positioned on a lovely plot with a beautiful pool ideal for four children ranging from 7-14 but sadly we wouldn’t return mainly due to the above.Another concern we weren’t informed of visiting maintenance man who arrived on our last day whilst my elderly mother was sat eating breakfast and proceeded to use garden machinery for two hours waking the children, this would probably have been preferable a day later as we left at 8am.

Alojamiento de lujo con fallos

Es una casa antigua preciosa con una preciosa parcela pero tiene fallos. En la casa solo hay dos baños, uno en la habitación de abajo y otro arriba a compartir por los 3 dormitorios, en nuestro caso pr 6 personas. El tercer baño está en la casa de la piscina afuera. El primer día quisimos cenar plancha y esta estaba guarrisima y no disponíamos de ningún producto de limpieza de ningún tipo. El dueño nos trajo unas balletas y unos envases de limpia superficies al día siguiente. Estuvimos 2 noches, hasta que lo arreglaron, sin poder encender el aire en un dormitorio por el ruido que hacía. El técnico se presentó sin avisar a las 9h. y nos despertó a todos. Otro día estuvimos sin agua ni para lavarnos por un fallo de algo. Los doseles son pequeños y no cubren las camas. No hay mosquiteras y es insoportable estar fuera y dentro sin que te piquen. En fin, es una casa preciosa pero debería estar preparada para su habitabilidad de verdad. Han intentado solucionarlo todo rápido pero aún así con cada incidencia se pasan las vacaciones y la estancia se hace desagradable.

Die Sauberkeit war hier und da leider nicht ganz zufriedenstellend.. Geschirr war teilweise sehr dreckig noch und auch das kleine Haus am Pool war nicht so wirklich sauber. Die küchenausstattung ist ok, aber man sollte nichts besonderes erwarten. Das größte Problem sind wie von vielen schon geschrieben die Mücken… selbst mit vielen Sprays und Kerzen kann man dagegen nichts machen.In einem Doppelbett waren unserer Meinung nach Flöhe oder Bettwanzen, was von den Vermietern leider nur belächelt wurde. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es dort seit 35 Jahren keine Bettwanzen oder sowas waren und damit war das Thema für die durch. Deswegen die Bewertung von 3/5 Sternen, da das Haus mit dem Pool schon einen gewissen Charme hat.

Fantastischer Garten - Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern. Gartenanlage und Pool sind sehr schön angelegt und wurden in der sehr heißen Woche ausgiebig genutzt. Leider war das Terrassenmobiliar sehr unbequem und hat nicht den eingestellten Bildern entsprochen. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionsfähig und vollständig ausgestattet. Ein Lob für die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen, die leise genug laufen, dass sie auch während der Nacht genutzt werden können. Die Bäder waren in Ordnung und sauber. Die Wohnräume waren gut möbliert, wurden durch uns aber nicht genutzt, da das Wetter viel zu schön war und die Innenräume ohne Klimaanlage durch die Wärme auch am Abend nicht angenehm zu nutzen waren. Alles in allem eine schöne Woche trotz vieler Mücken. Mückenstecker für die Schlafräume sind auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen um ruhig schlafen zu können.

Lieben Dank!

Wir waren 2Wochen mit unseren Kindern (6J.+9J.) und den Großeltern Gäste der Villa. Die Absprache lief hervorragend, der Kontakt war immer sympathisch und die Sauberkeit tadellos. Am Anreisetag fand sich ein Presentkorb auf dem Tisch, was ich immer eine wundervolle Geste finde. Der Pool ist sehr groß und hat einen Tauchbereich als auch eine Nichtschwimmerzone. Der Sprudel und damit die gesamte Umwälzung läuft nur 2h pro Tag. Da bei allen Skimmern die Rücklaufklappe fehlt, haben wir den Pool alltäglich selbst gereinigt. Die Wasserqualität war sehr gut, wobei ich fürs Tauchen dann doch eine Taucherbrille für die Kinder geholt habe, da die Augen schnell rot wurden. Mücken gab es viele, aber wir waren vorgewarnt und hatten für die Terasse ausreichend Räucherkringel dabei. Im Haus ansich gibt es an den Fenstern keinen Mückenschutz. Im oberen Bad sind die Holzfenster so verzogen, dass ein Lüften nicht möglich war und es scheinbar eine hervorragende Brutstätte für Mücken war. Wir sind dem leider nicht Herr geworden. Was mich leider enttäucht hat, waren die wirklich unbequemen Plastikstühle der Terrasse. Da wir sehr gern und viel unter einem festen Terassendach die Zeit verbringen, achte ich bei der Buchung insbesondere auf Loungemöbel (Armlehnen+gute Polsterung auch am Rücken). Auf den Bildern waren Rattanmöbel abgebildet, die es leider nicht gab. Auch die anderen Sitzgelegenheiten im Haus waren Plastik/Holz und ungeeignet zum langen Sitzen. Es war insg. trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub!

villa Mückenplage

Entgegen der Beschreibung hat das Haus keine 3 Bäder. Das dritte Bad ist in einem teilmöblierten Gartenhaus. Liegen alle durchgelegen und man liegt (nicht lange) auf einer Querstange. Pool schön und gut gepflegt. Der Garten dürfte mal „Besuch“ von einem Gärtner haben. Das Masterbad ist vor Häßlichkeit fast schon wieder schön. Das schlimmste allerdings waren die Stechmücken, die uns das Leben zur Qual gemacht haben. Jetzt sind wir direkt an der Küste und genießen den ersten Tag ohne Mücken. Albert

Schönes Objekt mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit der Familie (5 Personen) sehr genossen. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir reisten sehr früh an und konnten unser Gepäck bereits ab 10 Uhr in der Finca abstellen und noch am Strand frühstücken und einkaufen fahren. Ein großer Vorteil. Der Schlüssel war in einem Safe hinterlegt und konnte kontaktlos entgegen genommen werden. Im Kühlschrank war als Willkommensgruß Wasser, ein Toastbrot, Marmelade und Wasser. Die Zimmer waren meist zweckmäßig bis altbacken. Einzig im Obergeschoss war ein Zimmer anscheinend frisch renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln augestattet. Leider liefen in zwei Zimmern die Klimaanlagen nicht einwandfrei. Unabhängig von Temperatur und Uhrzeit. Im unteren Zimmer tropfte diese nach ca 20 Min stark. Wir legten dann einfach ein Handtuch unter. Der Wand sieht man dieses ständige Tropfen leider auch schon an und der Kleiderschrank, der dort daneben steht müffelt stark. Wir nutzten einfach die Kommode, die eindeutig neuer war. Nachts konnten wir sie aber auf keinen Fall laufen lassen, da das Tropfen zu laut war. Wir kühlten dann einfach vorher das Zimmer runter und konnten auch so gut schlafen. Viel schlimmer war es in einem der oberen Zimmer. Dort sitzt die Anlage über der Tür und sie tropft so heftig, dass wir einen Eimer unterstellen und regelmäßig die Pfützen wegwischen mussten. Diese Wand ist leider auch sehr feucht an dieser Stelle. In den anderen beiden Schlafzimmern sind bereits neue Klimageräte eingebaut, die einwandfrei laufen. Der Pool ist wirklich das Highlight der Anlage. Durch seinen flachen Einstieg auch perfekt für kleine Nichtschwimmer. Der Garten drumherum einfach toll mit Palmen und Bäumen. Man findet so auch immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Leider gibt es nur einen feststehenden Schirm aber wie gesagt, die Liegen können jederzeit verschoben werden. Der Pool wurde nur einmal gereinigt in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes. Da mussten wir selbst einige Male ran. Handtücher wurden auch einmal großzügig gewechselt und es gab das Angebot, die Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Die Messer sind dort z.B. sehr stumpf oder defekt. Die Lage ist toll. Ruhig in 3. Reihe aber nah an allem, was man braucht. Sowohl Supermarkt, Stadt als auch Strand sind schnell zu erreichen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca 2,5 km entfernt. In allem eine schöne Urlaubsfinca mit kleinen Dingen, die noch verbessert werden könnten.

Die Online Dokumentation des Objekts war schon vielversprechend. Allerdings wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Speziell der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool war dazu angetan uns einen entspannten Urlaub zu gestalten.

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits aber in guter Distanz zu Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Da Haus ist schön eingerichtet und der Garten und Pool sind spektakulär. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub der nicht so schnell vergessen wird.

Family Holiday

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August. The pool area is the reason we booked the Villa. Very safe for young children but also perfect for adults to swim also. The Villa was very clean and communication with the owner and host was easy. They also handled some uncertainty over the booking due to covid very well which we appreciated. We were 6 adults and 3 children-6,4 and 2 years old. The Villa could be improved greatly with a couple of small changes. Our main recommendation would be to improve the patio furniture. This was very uncomfortable and there were not enough seats to cater for the number of people the Villa can hold. In fact there was only seats for 4 adults which restricted our use of the Villa in the evenings. Also, the main room in the Villa is taken up with a 20 seat old style dining table. This is the main living space in the house. We didn't use this room at all. The table is antique and impressive but not practical at all for a family holiday. There is a smaller table in the kitchen but the kitchen is no air con so ultimately there is no indoor space except the tiny sitting room for a larger party to gather. Given the cost of the Villa I would not book again unless this changed and there was appropriate space (except poolside) for a family to gather and be comfortable.

Schöne ruhige Finca für entspannten Urlaub

Die Finca Ca'n Suau passte einfach super zu uns als Familie mit Omis und Opi. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist trotz der Nähe zur gut befahrenen Landstraße sehr ruhig, da die Finca in dritter Reihe steht. Der Check-In war problemlos, da der Schlüssel in einem kleinen Safe hinterlegt war. Einzig ein paar Informationen zum Objekt an sich wären noch gut gewesen. Bspw. wann werden die Handtücher gewechselt, etc. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass Garten- und Poolbeleuchtung nicht funktioniert haben. Der Vermieter hat schnell versucht das Problem zu beheben und der Techniker war am nächsten Tag auch da. Allerdings hat der Techniker einfach eine Lampe des Pools ausgebaut und diese den Rest der Woche einfach liegen gelassen. Weitere Informationen bekamen wir dazu nicht von ihm. Ansonsten war alles schön und wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub.

Relaxing

The most relaxing holiday we’ve had since we’ve had children, mostly down to the beautiful outside area and pool and tranquility of the place. Plenty of space and close enough to everything you want or need yet it feels like you’re miles away.

Fantastisk

Det er andre gang vi leier denne boligen og er like fornøyd nå også. Uteområdet og bassenget er nydelig og godt opparbeidet og rent. Bassenget passer veldig fint for barn da det blir gradvis dypere. Litt lite vinglass og generelt kjøkkenutstyr, ellers er boligen fin med god plass. Veldig praktisk med det ekstra utehuset med bad og kjøleskap for å slippe alt vannet inn i huset ved dobesøk og henting av drikke. Også en vedfyrt pizzaovn👍🏻 Rent og pent, sengetøy og håndklær byttet tre ganger på to uker. Anbefaler denne boligen, ingen problemer ved inn og utsjekking.

Really lovely Villa and absolutely fantastic

Can Suau gave us a fantastic holiday experience and was big enough for the 6 adults and 3 children. The pool and outdoor space are the main attraction and it’s quiet location yet it it’s only a couple of minutes drive to two large supermarkets and 4mins to Puerto Pollença or Pollença old town Having said all that a few things might of made it 5 stars, given the cost per week and it sleeps 8 the lack of a few complementary toiletries and toilets rolls (3 in the whole villa )would of being appreciated and the lack of kitchen items pans salad bowl cutlery etc made it difficult to cater for an evening meal. Would definitely visit again but think a few extras would justify the extra star There was no problems with operating anything in the villa but a villa manual with guides and tips may help the first time visitor

Beautiful pool

We are really satisfied with our holiday in finca Ca'n Suau. The pool was beautiful and perfect for kids. The house was nice. All that we were missing was good equipment for the kitchen. Cookwares was not good and bowls etc was missing. Overall, great holiday and we recommend the house. Thank you.

Traumurlaub

Eigentlich sollte man solche tollen Urlaubsdomizile für sich behalten, denn sonst sind sie für die Zukunft ausgebucht. Aber der Aufenthalt dort war so überragend! Die Finca ist ein Traum, der Pool gerade auch für Kleinkinder ein Paradies. Außerdem herrscht dort eine göttliche Ruhe und der Ausblick auf das Gebirge ist sagenhaft. Der Pool wurde jeden 2. Tag gereinigt, die Handtücher alle 3 Tage gewechselt, nach einer Woche wurde die Finca geputzt und die Betten frisch bezogen. Bei Problemen genügte ein Anruf und innerhalb von einer Stunde war dieses dann behoben. Die Entfernung zum Strand und zur süßen Stadt Pollenca ist mit 3 km mit dem Auto ein Katzensprung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl,und Erosky) in 2km. Alles in Allem ein perfekter Traumurlaub!

Toller Garten

Die Finca hat uns gut gefallen. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr schon angelegt. Überall gibt es Schattenplätze . Im Haus könnte die Küche besser ausgestattet sein. Besonders Besteck und Kochgeschirr waren sehr dürftig. Die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt waren aber von der einfachsten Art. Die Nähe der Finca zum Strand und zu Pollenca ist sehr angenehm !
