The "Villa Mediterráneo" is located in Mazarrón and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway or a longer winter stay. The 75 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people—perfect for family escapes. The tower bedroom is especially appealing for children.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds, and bedroom 3 (in the tower) has a small double bed.

Pros: What a lovely, spacious, comfortable Spanish Villa. We particularly liked the private swimming pool with jacuzzi bubbles at one end, which was very refreshing. All 6 of us had a great break. The owners were very kind and offered lots of assistance before, during and after the stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Mediterraneo on the Country Club urbanizacion close to Mazarron

Pros: We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Mediterraneo on the Country Club urbanizacion close to Mazarron in Murcia, south-eastern Spain. It was especially nice to wake up to sunshine almost every day. Those interested in staying in Murcia at this time of the year should be aware, however, that this is not summer and though some days were warm enough to sit outside, for most of the nearly two weeks we were there very strong winds blew and summer clothing was not appropriate, so take jumpers and warm overcoats. This area, the Costa Calida, is relatively unspoilt, which is more than can be said for places like the Mar Menor and Mojacar Playa, which are simply ghastly. The nearby urbanizacion of Camposol is also looking very faded and appears to attract expat Brits whose idea of a pleasant morning is to sit outside a pub called the Red Bull while admiring the local scenery - a petrol station! A useful supermarket, but avoid Camposol otherwise. The city of Murcia itself is very interesting with good food and great museums and there are other authentically Spanish towns nearby. The Country Club urbanizacion is well kept and has a mixture of owners, from the Netherlands, UK and France. Most were not in residence in early March so it was very peaceful, except for the occasional yappy dog. Recommended as a late winter getaway.

De keukeninrichting is helemaal compleet. In de tuin zit je heerlijk op de loungebank en het zwembad met de jacuzzi is fantastisch. Wij komen zeker terug!

Pros: La estancia ha sido satisfactoria excepto por la carencia de algunos detalles que la hubieran hecho mucho mejor. Dos de los tres armarios de la casa tienen accesible sólo la mitad de su capacidad pq la otra mitad es sólo para uso privado de los propietarios. Además ninguno de los armarios tiene baldas para colocar la ropa, sólo perchero. También hemos echado en falta una iluminación adecuada para la zona exterior; hubiera sido fantástico poder cenar en el parterre, pero no hay luz. En cuanto a la limpieza, al llegar había algún plato sucio metido entre los limpios y tb estaba sucia la plancha de sandwiches. Los cojines del sofá tampoco se pudieron usar pq estaban llenos de pelos de perro o de gato. (Para 70€ que se paga por la limpieza, lo que te encuentras deja un poquito que desear).

Pros: zum zweiten Mal sind wir begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr schön, hat einen tolen Pool, eine super Lounge zum relaxen und liegt sehr ruhig. Obwohl direkt gegenüber Baurabeiten durchgeführt wurdenhat es uns nich t gestört, wir haben uns toll erholt und sind wieder einmal sehr gut bertreut worden. Wir werden wieder kommen.
