Located only half a block from the restaurants and bars on Duval Street, you'll have plenty to do within walking or biking distance of this rental, so leave your car in the private parking space provided. Check out the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park, or say goodbye to land for a while and hop on a sailboat for a romantic cruise into the sunset.

When you need to rest and freshen up, you'll be glad to have a private garden and hot tub in the backyard, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals, several flatscreen cable TV's, and free WiFi to browse and upload photos. There's patio furniture out back, as well as a grill to have your own island barbecue. The family dog is also welcome to come along for an additional nightly fee.

Pretty standard stay in a cute cottage. The location was excellent. However, the price for what you get isn't great. The hot tub didn't work, which was very annoying as that was a big reason we booked there. For almost 600 for one night, I expect all the amenities to be working.

On day one the jacuzzi both did not have power and the water was milky. This was the main reason for choosing to rent the property. Yes, once notified that there was an issue with the jacuzzi, a maintenance tech was sent out to get power restored. They also sent a pool tech to get the chemical levels right. Unfortunately we were only there for a few days and not able to use the jacuzzi. One of the patio chairs was split due to dry rot.The house had both a dry wood termite infestation as well as ants. We saw pellets in the hallway and in both bed rooms. We even had pellets fall from the ceiling and collect on the bed.The main reason for choosing this property was the use of a jacuzzi. Because it was not useable for our time at the property, we should be compensated for lack of use.

Amazing location! We planned on using the hot tub the first night but the water level was really low. The good news is that Vacasa took care of us the next day! The roosters were loud so bring ear plugs or have white noise. There isn’t a dishwasher but we managed. One more chair in the living room instead of another end table would give seating for four. All in all a really great place!

Perfect for 2 couples... Awesome location

just a block off both Duval and Truman this place was in the perfect location. The accommodations were great and the house had almost everything we needed. I'd recommend it to anyone and we will likely stay there again.

Comfortable stay in perfect location.

I picked this unit for the price and location, and both were wonderful. I found the unit to be cozy, clean, and welcoming. The hosts were available by text message, which was great for me. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great property!

Super location - everything was walkable. Nice, clean and well appointed. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was remarkably well equipped for a vacation unit. Hot tub was a great bonus. We'll definitely stay here again.
