A fully screened-in lanai offers a breezy perch to start your day with a cup of coffee or cap it off with a cold drink. Local charter services and great dining options can be found between Upper Sugarloaf and Little Torch Keys. Key West is just over a 20-mile drive from the house.
The home features a stilted interior with an open-concept layout designed with group gatherings in mind. Updated kitchen appliances are equipped to help you whip up island-inspired creations. Large smart TVs are equipped in the living room and each bedroom for flexible home entertainment.
