Great location on bay. Property manager lives three doors down and is super prompt with whatever you need. Close to lots of good restaurants and just 24 miles to Key West. The patio table broke in the wind and was replaced right away. Tracie and Peter are wonderful hosts!

Key’s family vacation

A month in Paradise

The house is just like it is pictured. The furniture is a little out dated, but is very well kept. Would rent again.

Perfect Escape

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was perfect for our family of 4, pets & 27ft boat. The property manager was kind, accommodating & very easy to work with. We loved how private the property was & the sunset views were remarkable. The boat was very safe on the dock and they supplied water, electric & a cleaning table for fishing. We are looking forward to our next stay!! Thank you.

June, 2022 stay in Cudjoe Key

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was great with ample room and closet space. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and there were bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, etc. for us to use outdoors. The dock was perfect for our 30 foot boat, and there was plenty of room under the house for our boating supplies. The view was amazing, and the property manager was exceptional. She was flexible and so easy to work with, and she had a variety of cold beverages waiting for us when we checked in. We definitely recommend this property and will plan to stay there again.

comfortable and convenient

Nice property. We enjoyed it very much. Tracie was very helpful with the checkin process and good followup. The pictures are accurate except the dock is next door. Not a big deal but just a little more work to get going and upon return to load and unload the boat. Would defiinately stay there again if we are going to the Cudjoe Key area. If you do check out the Cudjoe Gardens Marina to launch your boat and gas they were great as well

Paradise!

My husband and I stayed in December and January and loved every second of it. Waking up to Cudjoe Bay every morning was such a treat! The house was clean and had all we needed for a home away from home. Would stay again anytime.

A month in paradise

We have rented numerous properties on Cudjoe over the past few years. This home is best we have ever rented! The home has an open floor plan and high ceilings. The back porch is a great hang out to enjoy the open water Atlantic views. The quick ocean access is a plus for us. The dock handled our 31’ boat great. Tracie and Henry couldn’t be nicer and made us feel at home. The lush tropical landscape is beautiful. My kids enjoyed seeing the land crabs and iguanas. The home has some nice relaxing space underneath. We caught tarpon and mangrove snapper from the dock. The sunset views are fantastic. We will be back!
