Spend some time in the Florida Keys at this three-bedroom, canalside rental with a furnished and covered patio, private pool, a 75-foot dock, and plenty of room inside the home for up to seven guests (six comfortably). The family dog is also welcome to join you here for an additional nightly fee.

This vacation rental is conveniently located right off the Overseas Highway for quick and easy trips up and down the Keys. Coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and full-service markets are all just minutes from this home in either direction. And five miles north, hit the pristine beach at Curry Hammock State Park or paddle your way through the mangroves in a kayak. Head out on a fishing excursion through one of several local marinas, or take the whole family to the fascinating Dolphin Research Center, just eight miles away on Grassy Key.

This bright and spacious home is ideal for a family reunion or holiday celebration. Catch a favorite show or movie on the living room TV, use the free WiFi to stream some music, or just head out to the covered patio and watch the boats glide past on the adjacent canal. The location of this house is perfect! We had access to the Atlantic and Gulf Coast waters within minutes of the canal. It is also located near various stores including Publix, Home Depot, bait shops, restaurants, and a few fun shops for clothes and other items. The dock was large, cleaning station, pool, outside tiki areas, and use of the kayaks all made it very enjoyable. The house could use some updating but it didn’t interfere with our stay. Large bedrooms and an open living/dining area. The back porch was relaxing too. The one recommendation we have is to upgrade the glasses and serving dishes, offer a few more kitchen hand towels and provide some initial use of cleaning products like hand and dish soap, sponge, and laundry detergent. Typically in houses we’ve rented there were at least some of these products to offer. We had to purchase all of these for our stay. Overall, it was a great week in Marathon.

My family and I stay in Marathon every year for vacation.This was by far the best house we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes you could need, the amount of towels, the cleanliness of the home was wonderful. The family of manatees living in the canal was wonderful to watch every day. We absolutely loved our stay!

Excellent property

Pics are accurate, great for pets! Decor is a little dated, but let that deter you! The house was very clean, and had everything you need down to beach towels! I will book this property again!

We will book again!

The open layout of living space was great for six people. Ample seating in living room, dinning and screened in porch. The pool, outdoor seating, water fountain were enjoyed by all. Home was clean and well equipped in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Hate to leave.
