I had a good overall stay. There was a minor issue during my visit, but the host was very responsive and accommodating, which I appreciated. The location was very convenient — the ferry and subway made getting to New York easy, and there were convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay. When we first arrived we struggled a little with parking, but with help from the host was able to figure that out. The only issue we had worth mentioning was the temperature in the room. When we arrived, it was hot outside and the a/c inside was turned off. Even running the a/c on full blast, it took about 24 hours to get down to a comfortable temperature. First night was a little rough, but we managed and overall the place was perfect. Probably not an issue 99% of the year, just happened to be one of those rare 90 degree days.
