A beautiful house with a spectacular view

The house is very complete and offers you all you might need. The pictures do not really show everything, it is much more. So absolutely a must-stay location! Some tips for the owner; better communication, sun shareds before the windows (especially the bed rooms on the front really get hot in the summer morning because of the sun), and many details need to be completed still (but we were not bothered at all). Over all we are very positive about the house and the location!

Check - in Daten kamen erst nach Aufforderung. Betten waren nicht bezogen,nicht genug Handtücher rundum nicht gereinigt. Ungepflegtes Erscheinungsbild rund ums Haus. Im Vergleich zu der Darstellung auf der Internetseite war die Realität wesentlich schlechter. Luxus erwartet und Durschnitt bekommen. Haus liegt für den Sommerurlaub sehr abseits, Anfahrt über eine 16km lange Serpentinen Straße

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und es war alles sauber. Die Zufahrtswege und das Gelände um das Haus sind noch nicht in optimalem Zustand. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Vanaf het huis is het 45 min rijden naar het circuit. Zeker voor het f1 weekend, waar alles en iedereen 3 dubbele prijzen vraagt, vinden we dit echt een hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!

Einfach ein Traum

Wir waren sechs Erwachsene (drei Paare: Eltern und Kinder mit Schwiegerkindern) und haben das Haus wegen der drei Schlafzimmer und der ausreichenden Bad- und WC-Anzahl gewählt. Allein das Haus ist die Reise wert! Ein Holzhaus mit dem typischen, angenehmen Holzgeruch, eine Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt (außer zusätzliche Händehandtücher in den WC´s), hierbei ist die Schuhheizung im Eingangsbereich besonders zu erwähnen. Die Medienausstattung ist sehr großzügig. Das Allerbeste aber ist der grandiose Blick aus fast allen Fenstern! Wir hatten großes Glück und Neuschnee direkt mit unserer Ankunft (Schneeketten auf der Schotterstraße sehr zu empfehlen) und konnten uns an den wechselnden Impressionen nicht satt sehen!.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm, sowohl check-in als auch check-out laufen aber automatisch und unkompliziert. Wer eine sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mit Komplettausstattung und unbezahlbarem Blick für sechs Leute sucht: hier ist man absolut richtig.

Leider enttäuschend

1) schlechte Lage mangel touristischer Infrastruktur, kaum Hotels in der Nähe, Gasthöfe öffnen nur auf Anfrage etc. 2) Schock bei Anreise: Bauarbeiten direkt nebenan, 5 Meter neben dem Balkon 3) Chalet irgendwie halbfertig: sehr gute Ausstattung, aber keinerlei Bedienungsanleitungen etc.; diverse lose Elektrokabel aus der Wand hängend; Schlafzimmer gen Osten ohne Verdunklung, so dass man mit Sonnenaufgang geweckt wird; SAT-Schüssel zunächst dejustiert, danach mangels CI+ Modul TV kaum nutzbar; Hütte für 6-8 Personen, aber max. 3 Geräte ins WLAN usw. usw. 4) Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nervend, jedes Detail muss man abfragen, irgendwann gibt man auf, nicht mal zur Abreise Kontakt Das haben wir anderswo um Klassen beser erlebt.

Gemütliches Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind toll und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Lieblingsplatz unseres Sohnes war das gemütliche Bett am Panoramafenster mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Berge.

Wonderful house

The house was perfect. We had everything that we need. We had breathtaking views from every window and the balconies. It was very clean, neat and cozy. We had a posibility to use the sauna just a few steps from the house. The contact with the owner was very good. The house was very close to the skiing point. We would like to come here again.
