Perfect home for our beach getaway! Enjoyed relaxing on the patio outside or next to the fire inside. Had a great ocean view and access to the beach across the street. House was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, plus more! Although we didn't end up using the hot tub, I do appreciate that there was a privacy fence built around it. Tina was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in her responses. Love that it was in the middle of Lincoln City close to everything. P.S. There's a great breakfast cafe just a short walk up the road from the house. Would love to stay here again in the future! Thank you Tina!

What makes this property unique
My husband,Scott, and I got married on the beach in Lincoln City in 2016. In 2018, we decided to buy this house. It was a fixer upper so we put a lot of blood sweat and tears remodeling it. We manage and maintain it ourselves. As a guest, you know we will take excellent care of you and the house.
