The split-type ductless AC system keeps the space comfortable through the warmest parts of the day, and a TV with WiFi is ready for evenings spent in. A closet with clothing storage, hangers, and an iron make longer stays feel settled - this is a place you can actually unpack and live out of.

 

Kitchenette and dining

The kitchenette covers the essentials for easy mornings and simple meals: a drip coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and blender, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. One practical note - oil, salt, and pepper are stocked but not individually restocked between stays, so bring your own if you plan to cook regularly. Getting here and practical details

Self check-in via keypad means arrival works on your schedule. Free parking is available in the building's garage and on the street. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures, and the unit is single level with no stairs - straightforward from the moment you step in. Please note there is no smoke alarm on the property. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the first floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices
