Grocery 4 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop 10 m, sandy beach 3 km, grass beach 1 km, swimming bay 3 km, bathing lake "Diemelsee" 1 km. Minigolf 10 m, children's playground 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Diemelsee dam 600 m. 2 dog beaches at Diemelsee. Note: No corporate bookings permitted.
3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV and flat screen. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC. Top floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Gallery with sloping ceilings with satellite TV (flat screen). Oil heating. Terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. no company bookings allowed. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und der Kontakt war sehr nett aber die Möblierung Küche, Wohnzimmer und vor allem die Wohnzimmercouch waren sehr altbacken und sehr unbequem. Sollten echt mal auf dem neuesten Stand gebracht werden......Moderner vor allem bequemer! Eiche Rustikal ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Sonst alles gut!

Sehr schönes Haus an der Diemelstaumauer

Das Haus liegt wunderschön an der Diemelstaumauer gelegen, man kann großartige Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen. Das Haus ist großzügig mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus am See. Es war alles da was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus alles gefunden,was benötigt wurde. Unser Hund war herzlich willkommen,die Lage günstig um viele Ausflüge zu unternehmen und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Das freistehende Häuschen nahe der Diemelseesperre ist frisch und liebevoll renoviert vom netten Vermieter-Ehepaar. Als 3-köpfige Familie mit Hund haben wir die Tage sehr genossen. Ski-Arena Willingen ist in unter 15min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Würden wir jederzeit wieder machen !

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Schönes eigenständiges Haus in kleiner Ortschaft, nahe Willingen, bzw Marsberg (<15min mit dem Auto), fast direkt an der Diemelseetalsperre. Liebevoll renoviert vom netten und fürsorglichen Vermieter. Schöner Aufenthalt für 3-köpfige Familie mit Hund. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.
