Beautiful wooden house on large, view-protected natural plot only 150 m from a child-friendly sandy beach.
The natural center of domestic life is the dining and living room with a charming archway leading to the open kitchen. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa, watch TV, listen to the radio and warm up on chilly days by the cozy wood stove. In addition, the house offers a nice bathroom and two bedrooms.
At the house is a large, partially covered wooden terrace with lounge furniture and a barbecue for preparing meals outside. Here you can collect the sun's rays, enjoy the fresh air, read a good book and drink a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. On the property around the house there is plenty of space to play, in late summer you can pick fresh figs in the immediate vicinity. The house has a charging station for electric cars.
You live in a natural, quiet and popular vacation home area. Here you are after only a few steps on a beautiful swimming beach, so pack your bath towel. You can take some nice walks in the area - perhaps to the charming village of Aakirkeby or to Dueodde with its lighthouse and famous sandy beach?
