Beautiful country house on a large, view-protected natural plot with private fishing lake only 300 m from the house.



The cottage with two floors is renovated and well furnished. The heart of domestic life is the living and dining room on the first floor, where you can watch movies, listen to the radio or music and listen to the crackling flames in the wood stove on cold days (firewood is included). Here you will also find a double sofa bed (135 cm). In addition, on the first floor there is a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine and underfloor heating. On the 1st floor there is another bedroom (without door). The house has a beautiful annex (30 m2 of a total of 108 m2) with a bedroom with double bed and a really cozy loft with open space concept, two mattresses and toilet.



The house has an inviting terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Here you can make yourself comfortable while enjoying the view of the peaceful, green surroundings.



You'll be staying in the village of Ibsker just outside the cozy town of Svaneke, in an area that offers plenty of nature and, not least, plenty of peace and quiet. At the same time, you are only a 10-minute drive from Svaneke and a great sandy beach. If you like fishing, just put your fishing rod over your shoulder and walk a few steps to the nearby private fishing lake. You'll stay close to some of the island's most famous sights, such as the Rokkestenen or Østerlars round church.
