Small and beautiful Rockport is on the west side of Penobscot Bay, between Rockland and Camden.  You can talk to the lobster monger, the lobstermen, watch them in action, and even buy lobster right from the dock. Launch a kayak from the dock in the harbor nearby and paddle the harbor, keeping a watchful eye out for harbor seals. Nearby walks take you past Aldermere Farm and the famous banded cows via the Lily Pond trail through to Camden’s Chestnut historic district.
