Navahankist is the Armenian word for "safe harbor" and we think that is exactly what this quintessential Maine home offers! It is a sanctuary for peace and relaxation.
This beautiful and well-appointed house, set just off the ocean's edge, is located near Clark Island in Spruce Head. The island preserve is accessible via a car-driven causeway nearby. Private yet close to Rockland and Camden, this spectacular property has wonderful views of the ocean and direct water access. Guests can walk Patricia Lane down to the The Causeway restuarant at The Craignair Inn for cocktails and/ or a delicious meal.
The peaceful setting allows privacy and enjoyment for couples and families. The home provides an oasis to recharge.
Walking into the house, guests can find a full kitchen and open dining/ living area with fantastic views. The first-floor queen bedroom also has views of the ocean. The deck is perfect for cocktails or coffee while enjoying the lovely ocean breeze.
