Practical and comfortable accommodation

the house has everything you need to make your stay convenient and comfortable. the patio is very functional, especially thanks to the outdoor kitchen. Cala Girgolu beach is literally 3 minutes from the house and is very beautiful. An ideal accommodation if you have small children or need comfort. The assistance was also perfect, thanks to Nancy and Christian. We will definitely be back!

Pros: La vicinanza alla bella Cala Girgolu, il patio coperto dove poter cenare. Cons: La strada di accesso non è asfaltata

Casa con uno spazio esterno meraviglioso e vicinissima al mare.

Pros: Appartamento pulito con spazi interni giusti, stanze non grandissime ma comunque comode per 4 persone. Porticato esterno veramente fantastico, praticamente l’abbiamo sfruttato per tutta la vacanza. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Cala Girgolu (100 passi😉) e spiagge di Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu e della Cinta raggiungibili in pochi minuti in auto. L’host Christian e Nancy dello staff gentilissimi e disponibili. A pochi minuti di auto dal porto e dall’aeroporto di Olbia. Cons: Peccato che l’ultimo chilometro di strada per raggiungere la casa non è asfaltato (cosa che ovviamente non dipende dall’host).

Wunderschöner Ort mit Christian, einem wunderbaren Vermieter.

Pros: Vom Haus aus erreicht man zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto in Kürze wunderschöne Orte. Christian ist ein wunderbarer und herzlicher Vermieter, der sich um Jegliches im und ums Haus sofort gekümmert hat - danke vielmals! Cons: Die Wohnung ist gegen Norden gebaut. Dadurch war sie eher schattig. Zudem ist die Wohnung eher im Sommer ideal, wenn man von morgens bis abends draussen auf der Terrasse sein kann. In der Wohnung ist's eher klein. Wir hatten das Pech, dass wir in der Hochsaison der Mücken da waren...
