Ground-floor apartment—60 square meters with a covered south-facing terrace and direct access to the lawn, garden, and parking spaces. Bedroom with a double bed, adjustable slatted frame, high-quality mattresses, a closet, and a clothes rack. The living room is located in the sunroom with direct access to the covered south-facing terrace; it features a couch and armchair, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and a kitchen-dining area with a dining nook and a sleeper sofa for 2 people, as well as a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, stove, and oven. Shower/toilet; shower with grab bar, shower mat, and shower stool; hair dryer. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace or in the garden. Free Wi-Fi! Ample bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels are provided. The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. If needed, we can provide a travel crib and high chair free of charge. You are welcome to book breakfast upon request. If you’d like, we can also serve breakfast in the apartment or on the terrace. Please leave the apartment “swept clean.” A deposit of 40% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
