As part of our guest verification process, our trusted partner Truvi will collect a 2% service fee based on a $500 damage deposit, which equals approximately $10.

💳 This is not a charge or a hold — (Truvi performs a pre-authorization, which is a temporary check to confirm your payment method has sufficient funds available).
🧾 The $10 service fee is non-refundable, unless the booking is canceled.
✅ If no damage is reported, the pre-authorization automatically expires after check-out with no impact on your balance.
🛡 Because this property is enrolled in a third-party damage protection program, all guest screening, ID verification, and damage resolution are managed directly through Truvi, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.

• 🅿️ On-Site Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles per reservation. To avoid any risk of towing by the community, all vehicles must be registered in advance through our required Pre-Arrival Form. Upon arrival, you will find two parking passes inside the property. These must be clearly displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard at all times while parked on-site. Please note: We are not responsible for any towing incidents that occur due to incomplete or missing vehicle information.

For select units where parking passes are provided, guests are responsible for ensuring that all parking passes are returned upon check-out. If a parking pass is not returned, a replacement fee of $200 will be charged to cover the cost of issuing a new pass for incoming guests.
