Six bedrooms. Four full baths. 4,000 square feet of room to spread out. Grove at Grand Oaks is one of Oxford's quieter neighborhoods, built around the Country Club of Oxford, and this house was made for families who want space — not a party house. Five minutes from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Five minutes from the Ole Miss campus. A short drive to the Square.

THE SPACE

Sleeps 11 plus a crib, so multiple families or three generations can stay under one roof without being on top of each other.

Everything kid-friendly is actually kid-friendly. Smaller beds sized for little sleepers, room to play, a crib for the baby.

AMENITIES THAT ACTUALLY MATTER

The screened-in back porch is the heart of the house. Outdoor kitchen with a built-in high-end grill, searing station, and wood-fired pizza oven. Most groups end up cooking most of their meals out here.

Inside, the coffee bar handles both pour-over and espresso — dialed in for the early risers in the family. High-speed fiber internet runs the whole house, so grandparents can stream, parents can work, and kids can game all at once.

There’s a Peloton bike if you want to keep your routine going while you travel.

The private sauna in the master suite is the quiet reward at the end of a long game day.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Grove at Grand Oaks is tree-lined streets, sidewalks, and families. Easy walks, safe for kids. The Country Club of Oxford is the neighbor across the way. Oxford Square is a short drive for dinner, Square Books, Ajax Diner, and the pre-game walk around the courthouse. Vaught-Hemingway and The Grove tailgating are five minutes away on game days.

Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Lock the doors
Do NOT strip the beds. Our cleaning crew handles that. Just leave used towels in a pile in each bathroom.
Take trash to the outdoor bins. Clean the grill grates if you used the outdoor kitchen. Make sure the pizza oven and sauna are off.
Parking: driveway fits 3-4 cars, additional cars on street. Garage is not available (golf sim room). Return the Country Club keycard to the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
