Overall the rental was as advertised and the host had great communication. The immediate area is rundown but the town seems to be on the upswing with several nice restaurants and shops. I would have given a 10/10 but there was a dirty pair of underwear hanging in the living room dresser and cigarettes butts covered the balcony.
