Please note nearby construction may cause some daytime noise (see details below).

Shared community amenities at The Leaf Playacar: three large swimming pools and a kids' pool, sunbathing areas, yoga zone, children's playground, pet zone, jogging track, fully equipped gym, restaurant, and rooftop bar, set across 4,377 m2 of landscaped gardens.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the studio and to all shared community amenities, including the resort pools, gym, gardens, and rooftop bar. Self check-in is via personal access codes sent before arrival. The community has gated security and elevator access.



The Neighborhood:

The Leaf is set in Playacar, an exclusive gated residential-tourist community known for its greenery, golf course, and quiet streets. You are about 10 minutes from Playa del Carmen's vibrant Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida) and just 5 minutes from the beach, with restaurants, shops, and nightlife close by.



Getting Around:

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about 45 minutes away. Fifth Avenue is roughly 10 minutes away and the beach about 5 minutes. Taxis and app-based rides are readily available, and the area is walkable. On-site and street parking options are available.



Other Things to Note:

For security and to authorize community access, we require a photo of an official government-issued ID for every guest before check-in.



The pools, gym, gardens, restaurant, and rooftop bar are shared community amenities. Please note nearby construction may cause some noise from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available throughout your stay by phone and messaging for anything you need. Check-in is self-service with personal access codes, so you can arrive on your own schedule, and our local team is on hand for questions or recommendations.
