Your condo (Tower C, unit C109) is a single-level home with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and space for up to 6 guests, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, A/C throughout, and Wi-Fi. As a guest you'll also enjoy the complex's resort-style amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a gym, elevator access, and beautifully maintained gardens.

Guest Access:

You'll have the entire condo (Tower C, C109), plus access to the resort-style amenities - the swimming pools, gym, and gardens. Playacar is a gated community, so entry is by QR code: we issue your personal QR and access codes once your registration is complete. The same QR is needed for any taxi or rideshare (e.g., InDrive) to enter Playacar - just send us the driver's name and plate and we'll generate it on the spot. Check-in is self-service via a lockbox at the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Playacar Phase II is a quiet, green, and very secure gated community just south of downtown Playa del Carmen. The condo is a short ride or pleasant walk/bike from the beach access points and the famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), with its restaurants, shops, and nightlife. You're also close to supermarkets, golf, and the Cozumel ferry, with cenotes and Tulum an easy day trip.



Getting Around:

Cancun International Airport is about 50 minutes away, and Playa del Carmen's ADO bus station and Fifth Avenue are a short ride from the gate. Within Playacar, walking and biking are easy; for taxis and rideshares, remember that vehicles need a QR code to enter the community - we generate it for your driver in minutes. Renting a car is convenient for exploring the Riviera Maya, and there is parking on site.



Other Things to Note:

- Playacar is a gated community: please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest, plus your vehicle details (model, color, and license plate) if you're driving, before arrival - we need these to issue your entry QR code and access codes and to avoid delays at the gate.

- Your condo is in Tower C, unit C109; check-in is self-service via a lockbox.

- The beach is a short ride or walk from the community (Playacar is set slightly back from the beachfront).

- Occasionally the building or HOA may carry out complex-wide maintenance (such as brief water or power interruptions); we'll let you know whenever we're notified in advance.

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure; mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available on request for an extra cost.
