Perfect Hideaway

We felt home from the moment we arrived. The communication and organisation was perfect- before our stay and als during our stay. The Finca is located very private- we really appreciate that. Grocery Stores are located 10min to 15min by car. But also a walk to St Joan is possible to have a beer in one of the local bars. The house is in very good conditions- everything worked perfect and we did not miss a thing. Internet was great so "Workation" worked perfectly. Apple TV, full equipped kitchen, Pool, Sauna... Everything one who wants to have a quiet holidays in a magic surrounding will be more than happy here. Oscar our dog also loved the place. Claudius who took care of the check was also our contact for the seven weeks we have stayed in the house. He is super helpful and very friendly. Big thanks for your hospitality :) We had an amazing time on the island and we will definitely plan to come back soon. Warm regards, A&W

Great villa in nice location - poor pool maintenance brings down the experience

Villa is located in a quiet and secluded area and is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is central and most places can be reached within a 30 to 40min. car journey. The check in and check out was well organised and the host was really helpful and attentive. Please note that the villa is not 4 bedroom as advertised, the fourth ‘bedroom’ is a pull out sofa on the landing area. It did not affect our visit as we were a party of 6, which conformably fits in the 3 double bedrooms. Also note that the villa is off the grid, electrical power is provided by solar panel with batteries and a backup generator. Although the concept works, it means that the lights have a tendency to flicker. We also had a complete back out when the weather was a bit cloudy and the generator did not start early one morning. Again this was quickly resolved. The villa has a lot of art ornaments in and around the house, which makes the villa not really suitable for families with very young children. Garbage is not collected and had to be brought to the local garbage collection point in town (only open on certain days), which is a bit of a pain given the hot temperatures and the lack of temporary garbage storage in the property. Pool maintenance is minimal. In our two weeks stay, the pool was cleaned once. In previous villa stays, the pool had been inspected and cleaned every other day. No water sample was taken, which in other villas samples were taken every few days. Due to the location of the property near a forest, there is a lot of tree debris and a range of insects that end up at the bottom of the pool, which cannot be cleaned by the tenant as there is no tool for it, other than the net. Unfortunately we broke the net, trying to clean the bottom of the pool, which the owner refused to replace and for which we had to get a replacement in order to at least keep the pool clean enough to swim in. In general we enjoyed our stay and the location and amenities of the villa, but we cannot ignore the poor pool maintenance, which is an important part of the villas appeal and it really brings down the overall value of the stay. We hope the owner will use the above feedback to improve what could be an excellent villa with pool.

Ein Traum auf Mallorca

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in der wunderschönen Finca verbracht. Die Lage mit der verbundenen Aussicht ist einmalig und jeden Morgen freut man sich die wunderschöne Landschaft mit dem Sonnenaufgang zu geniessen. Das Haus bietet alle Möglichkeiten mit jeglichem Komfort. Wir sind nach 8 Wochen mit Tränen in den Augen nachhause gefahren und kommen wieder!!!!!

Traumhafte und gemütliche Finca in absolut ruhiger Lage

Die sehr schöne und authentische Finca ist auf einer Anhöhe gelegen so dass man einen tollen Blick in die Ferne hat und eine absolute Ruhe für sich hat. Sie ist super ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz zum Entspannen. Schöne Strände (z.B. Es Trenc) sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in überschauberer Nähe. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Betrieb durch Solarenergie. Auch die Abwicklung (Check-in/-out) hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

The perfect place to be in Majorca

Finca Oasis was exactly what we need to have a resting and wonderful holiday in Majorca. It is located in the center of the island which allows to go anywhere quite quickly. It has all the accommodations that we were expecting and located in a very quiet place with no direct neighbour. The house is amazing and the outdoor space has plenty of places to sit or lay comfortably. The contact with the owner was very good and we got quick answers for all the questions we had. I really recommend this finca to anyone who wants to spent vacation in Majorca.

Beautiful well equipped finca

The Finca Oasis was first class, the house was very well equipped and comfortable to say in. We were met on the first day by Andrea who gave us the keys and showed us around the house. Unfortunately we were very delayed thanks to the appalling service from Ok car rental. We pre booked and paid for a seven seater and after arriving on time we had to wait 3 hours to collect our car. Andrea stayed at the house until we arrived at about 02.30 which was very kind of her. Dispite that we had a wonderful time in Majorca and hope to come back again soon.

Naturnahe Erholung mit Wohlfühleffekt

Die Finca Oasis bietet für Erholungssuchende den Raum für Erholung mit Wohlfühleffekt. Die bevorzugte freistehende Lage am Hang, die klare und großzügige Architektur des Hauses, die moderne und hochwertige Ausstattung, die breite Terrasse, und der weite Panoramablick inmitten einer weitgehend naturnah erhaltenen Umwelt tragen zur Erholung bei. Die ländliche Ruhe ohne direkte Nachbarn wirkt wohltuend, gleichwohl sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 - 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dies gilt auch für zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Das Meer und die Strände sind nur ca.30.Autominuten entfernt, ebenso wie die Inselhauptstadt Palma. Der Hausbetreungsservice ist herzlich und kompetent, lediglich die Umwälzpumpe des Pools könnte häufiger anspringen, was aber demnächst behoben werden soll. Insgesamt können wir die Finca Oasis anderen Gästen nur weiterempfehlen. (Paar, 2 Erwachsene)

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Finca mitten auf Mallorca. Wer Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Die Finca liegt wunderschön auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick über die Ebene. Die Alleinlage ist genau richtig, wenn man von den Tagesausflügen an den belebten Stränden, die innerhalb von 30 bis 40 Minuten zu erreichen sind, zurückkkommt und den Tag in Ruhe ausklingen lassen möchte. In Montuiri befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles findet, was man so braucht. Auf dem Markt in Sineu (Mittwochs) kann man sich mit frischen Lebensmitteln (Obst und Gemüse) wunderbar eindecken. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Die Angaben in der Beschreibung trafen zu 100% zu. Zwei Familien aus dem Rheingau (3 Kinder und 4 Erwachsene) Geisenheim, der 6.8.2016
