The place was newly remodeled and looked amazing inside. Had everything we needed. From inside, views are amazing. From outside in the patio the views are breathtaking. Very private and peaceful. Quiet place, very restful and peaceful. Everyone there very helpful and made the stay the best!

This property is fantastic!! Great ocean views! Tanis was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Can’t wait to go back.

This was our 3rd trip to Misiones. We have found it to be the perfect location and property for us! This particular unit was beautifully upgraded and decorated. The kitchen contained all of the necessary items for a comfortable stay. There were cleaning supplies available for us which was a great help. There were games, books and beach supplies for us to use, as well. We celebrated a birthday while we were there and our thoughtful owners left a HUGE bouquet of flowers for us when we arrived! A perfect example of their attention to detail! The views from the balcony are spectacular! The only glitch in this location is that the noise from the pool floats up to the condo. It can get pretty loud down there, but it closes by 10:00pm so it really wasn't much of a concern for us. We hope to return to this unit in the future!

from the condo itself, the entire property, the location, the staff onsite and then the owner/management were all top notch. All you could hope for when booking a place without having been there!! When we come back to Cabo this will be the first place we look

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay on the property, the condo is as described after surveying the other units on the property this one is by far situated in the best location a first floor unit nestled in a quiet corner marble floors throughout nicely furnished and the view is incredible with the sound of calming waves throughout the entire day !!! Well worth it we’ll be back soon thx again !!!

My husband and I stayed 24 nights at this beautiful property. We have no complaints. The balcony and views were excellent! We grilled and ate on the balcony most meals. Can’t get a better view! Tanis the property manager was awesome! Communication was great. We really appreciate her. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo with an unbeatable view, a pool to relax in and two beach options in close walking distance. Despite an adventurous spirit I never left the complex, aside from beach visits, and fully soaked in the relaxation. The condo itself is immaculate and beautiful for meals on the balcony where you can watch gila woodpeckers and cactus wrens busy themselves in the palms. Maginificent frigatebirds soar overhead and bats come out at dusk. All this with El Arco in the background! The owner put me in touch with the property manager who set up a flawless airport pickup and stop at the grocery store on the way in so I was able to prepare all my meals at home. My favorite part of the trip was the pool and specifically the pool bar. Mango margaritas every afternoon while I read my book in the sun. Delightful.

Had a wonderful six day vacation in one of our favorite places to vacation,Cabo. This is the first time we have stayed at this property although we have stayed at other condos within the same community. Without question this property ranks number one for us. There were several reasons. Number one is the amenities. The furniture was comfortable particularly the beds The mattresses were just right, slept like a baby. We like to cook breakfast and dinners the condo had all the amenities that you would need all the utensils for cooking. There wasn’t one thing that I needed that I couldn’t find. Of course the number one thing was the view. We got to see the whales every day. Saw some spectacular sightings from our balcony decided not to go whale watching since we were getting a continual show. Every morning the sunrise was so beautiful, sunset was within walking distance with a view of the arch. Would definitely recommend this property. Lynn was very responsive and takes pride in her properties. We had absolutely no issues.
