Pros: We hebben zes heerlijke weken in dit fantastische penthouse gewoond. Schitterende uitzichten, heerlijk zonneterras op het dak..... Prima gelegen, met mooie wandelmogelijkheden door de duinen. Mooie stranden, gezellige eetgelegenheden. Guardamar del Segura is een leuk stadje. Rogier en Anouk waren super gastheer en gastvrouw, ze staan altijd voor je klaar. We komen zeker nog weer eens terug.

Pros: Der Luxus dieser Ferienwohnung besteht in der Auswahl aus drei Dachterassen. So findet man in jeder Wetterlage die passende. Sehr, sehr schön! Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist einfach, zweckmässig und ausreichend. Es ist freundlich dekoriert. Es funktioniert alles einwandfrei und ist blitzblank. Das ist nach meiner Erfahrung in einer Ferienwohnung nicht selbstverständlich. Die Lage ist ruhig aber nicht abgelegen. Wenn man ein Fahrrad hat (wie wir), braucht man kein Auto. Der Ort Guardamar war in unserer Reisezeit (Oktober) schon etwas ruhig. Das Leben konzentriert sich auf die Strandpromenade und die Umgebung (einige Restaurants und Cafes). Da bietet Torrevieja zu dieser Reisezeit mehr. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung für eine ruhigen Erholungsurlaub empfehlen.

Pros: Ons verblijf in het penthouse is heel goed bevallen.Het heeft een geweldig balkon en overal volop zon. En wanneer je de schaduw wil is er een heel mooi groot zonnescherm . Naar het strand is een heerlijke wandeling door het bos of door de stad. Het is beide leuk om te lopen ?Er zijn heel leuke en heerlijke restaurants .En wil je zelf iets koken de supermarkt is op loopafstand. En in de keuken is alles wat je nodig hebt, om een lekkere maaltijd te maken. De ontvangst door Anouk en Rogier is hart verwarmend en voor vragen of hulp zijn ze er altijd voor je. Het is een heel mooi en vooral schoon penthouse een echte aanrader. Wij hebben een top tijd gehad.
