Great stay in Hamburg

Located just at the boarder between Hamburg and SH this apartment offers a cozy and well decorated interior. Enjoy the view into the forest next to the apartment while cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Having a car with you can be a plus as the apartment could be reached with public transportation, but coming from Hamburg you have to change the lanes.

Wir haben das erste mal eine Ferienwohnung, statt einer Jugendherberge oder eine Unterkunft in einen Ferienpark gebucht und sind begeistert.Die Kommunikation lief von Anfang an sehr gut.Bei unser Anreise wurden wir sehr nett und freundlich empfangen. Uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt und hilfreiche Hinweise zu unserer Freizeitgestalltung gegeben.In der Unterkunft haben wir alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten vorgefunden. Er war ordentlich, sauber und lag ruhig gelegen.Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung war für uns ok. Jedoch sind die 2 "kleinen Schlafzimmer" für Familien mit älteren Kindern eher ungeeignet da die Privatsphäre stark eingeschränkt ist. Toilettenpapier sollte man unbedingt mitbringen, wir sind an einem Sonntag angereist mit darauffolgenden Feiertag und hatten eine halbe Rolle bekommen...

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der schönen und sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist schön ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne, mit dem PKW ist man schnell in HH.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben und man kommt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb von 45-60min in die Hamburger Innenstadt.

Einfach Klasse

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön und sauber ist auch alles. Handtücher und sämtliche andere Dinge sind in der Wohnung vorhanden und müssen nicht mitgebracht werden. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Gebiet, das hat uns auch gut gefallen.Wir wurden sehr nett von der Vermieterin empfangen. Man kann es nur empfehlen! Wir waren mit allem zufrieden.

Warnung, Quartier ist nur für Studenten mit wenig Anspruch geeignet.

Es war eine sehr höfliche Begrüßung. Das Quartier entspricht nicht den Angaben in der Anzeige. Ausstattung: 1. Für 6 Personen ausgelegt, nur ein Schlafzimmer entspricht den Vorgaben. 2 provisorische Betten (Wintergarten und Abstellkammer. 2. Kein Geschirr für 6 Personen, Gläser, Eierbecher etc. fehlen ganz. 3. Stromversorgung teilweise Mehrfachversteilungen. Entspricht auf alle Fälle nicht den VDI Richtlichen. Wir würden gern noch Bilder hochladen. Teile Sie uns mit, wie dies erfolgen kann.

Enttäuschend

Die Wohnung entspricht zwar der Beschreibung, aber die Realität ist enttäuschend. Es werden 3 Zimmer mit Betten angegeben, wovon eins eine fensterlose Abstellkammer ist, mit einem Bett 90x200 und einer Konsole mit Nachtlicht, vor und neben dem Bett bleiben noch 20cm „Gehweg“. Mitten im Raum befand sich auch der Lichtschalter für die Wohnzimmerbeleuchtung. Ein weiteres „Schlafraum“ ist ein zugebauter Balkon, der leider dem dahinterliegen einzig richtigem Schlafraum die Lüftungsmöglichkeiten nimmt. Die Tür zu diesem „Raum“ hat eine hohe Türschwelle. Für Senioren, die vielleicht nachts öfter mal raus müssen, nicht geeignet. Wenn man die Örtlichkeiten kennt, kann man das zwar den Bildern der Beschreibung entnehmen, aber als neutraler Betrachter ist es schwierig das im Internet zu erkennen. In der Wohnung gab es insgesamt drei Ventilatoren, aber keine Steckdosen um diese zu betreiben. Im Bad und Küche das gleiche Problem. Die einzige vorhandene Steckdose im Bad war mit einer Küchen-Unterbauleuchte belegt die auf dem Spiegelgeklebt war. Man hat also die Wahl, entweder Licht oder andere Elektrogeräte wie Fön, Rasierer o.ä. In der Küche gab es eine Steckdose für Toaster oder Mikrowelle. Beides gleichzeitig braucht wahrscheinlich keiner, aber man muss halt immer umstecken. Dafür gab es eine Steckdosenleiste die auf dem Küchenboden lag, daran war die Spülmaschine angeschlossen. Nicht empfehlenswert für Kleinkinder. Fazit des Aufenthalts, kein Grund um wieder zu kommen.

Schöne FeWo in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt gebucht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr groß, schön hell und in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir wurden auch sehr herzlich empfangen. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden. Hand- & Duschtücher und verschiedene Kochzutaten wurden gestellt. Was auch positiv zu erwähnen ist: Vor ein paar Wochen wurde die Wohnung etwas umgebaut, sodass es jetzt ein kleines Zusatzzimmer mit Einelbett gibt. Das hat unserer Tochter sehr gefallen. 2 ganz kleine Kleinigkeiten hätte ich zu meckern. 1. Keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, was das Lüften gerade im Sommer fast unmöglich macht, da sofort Mücken rein kommen. 2. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett könnten mal erneuert werden. Diese si d noch mit Federn und quietschen bei jeder Bewegung. Aber das ist wirklich meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wenn wir mal wieder Urlaub in Hamburg machen, werden wir diese Ferienwohnung gerne erneut buchen
