Spacious and modern—our newly renovated 3-room vacation apartment on the 1st floor (70 square meters, suitable for 4 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib) is sure to delight you. Light colors and fabrics have been skillfully combined with tasteful decorations and high-quality furniture, creating a stylish yet cozy atmosphere. The living room, featuring a leather sofa set [&] flat-screen TV, is complemented by an open kitchen and a lovely dining area, two bedrooms with box-spring beds measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m (one with a TV), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Parking space (No. 32) downstairs in the double-parking garage (max. car height 1.50 m, max. car length 5.00 m, max. weight 2 t) Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair for our younger guests for an additional fee. For your convenience, the beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be provided.


Current Notice: The sauna area at Seehof Bansin will undergo extensive renovations from March 2, 2026, through approximately early October 2026. Unfortunately, the sauna will not be available for use during the renovation work. We appreciate your understanding.

It’s not just its perfect location near the beach, but also its great amenities—including a sauna area (free of charge, open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM)—that make this property so popular. Comfortably furnished 1- to 3-room apartments in both the old and new buildings offer space for up to 4 people and one small child to relax and unwind. A washing machine and dryer in the basement are available for a fee. Each apartment (except Apartment 15!) has one parking space available in the double-parking garage (max. car height 1.50 m, max. car length 5.00 m, max. weight 2 t). In addition, the in-house Wi-Fi network can be used free of charge.
