In the land of robbers and noble knights stands our former mustard mill, the “Ommelsbacher Mühle” (1870).
Here, at the southern edge of the Westerwald in the Sayntal valley, you can enjoy our mill. The village of Isenburg, nestled in the heart of the forest, was first mentioned in 1103 along with its castle. A vacation home in a dreamlike setting welcomes you with a touch of chivalry and a hint of banditry.
Enjoy our charming, bright, and cozy 75-square-meter self-contained vacation apartment in our three-story home. The house features three self-contained apartments, one of which is occupied by the owner. The vacation apartments are accessed via a shared stairwell.
Natural stone walls, a fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the natural swimming pond invite you to spend cozy hours here.
Or take a relaxing bubble bath while watching the treetops sway in the breeze.
Treat yourself to relaxation at the highest level.
Adventurers and families with children also enjoy our accommodations. The open sleeping loft in the vacation apartments—accessible via a ladder—is particularly popular and is often used as a little “pirate’s den.”
The fenced-in yard ensures safe play while the kids slide, draw, or run around. You can keep an eye on the children from a shady spot (e.g., from the hammock or cozy wicker chairs!).
The fenced-in area is also perfect for your four-legged friends to run and play. Finally, we’d like to point out that the washing machine is located in the basement and is shared among us. There’s a small fee of 5 euros per load!
