The newly renovated three-room apartment sleeps 4–6 people and features two cozy bedrooms with double beds. If needed, the couch in the living area can be easily converted into an additional sleeping spot. The stylish interior combines lovingly preserved original furniture from the last century with modern design elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

From the light-filled living room with its cozy fireplace bench, you have direct access to the spacious balcony, which is also accessible from both bedrooms—perfect for relaxing mornings or balmy summer evenings.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances: an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, freestanding refrigerator with freezer, and plenty of counter space provide everything you need for social cooking evenings.
The apartment is also ideal for workation stays: high-speed internet and two separate, versatile workspaces allow you to work productively even while on vacation. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure and a toilet; another separate toilet is located right next door.

Important note regarding the location:
The house is idyllically situated on a hillside. Access to the vacation rental is via a long, natural stone staircase that requires sure-footedness. Therefore, this property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or small children in strollers. The property is not cleared of snow in winter.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, neatly folded hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning supplies, dish soap, and hygiene products. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional sets of towels can be booked at any time as needed.

Important Information:
Dogs are allowed in this accommodation for an additional fee. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on site, even a late arrival is no problem.
