We stayed at this home over Memorial Day weekend and were extremely disappointed in the overall condition of the home.Upon entering the home for the first time, we noticed the carpets were filthy, the walls were badly marked and some of the furniture was ripped to shreds. We were compelled to take photos because we were shocked. The description of the home’s condition listed on VRBO and the actual condition are light years apart.There were flying gnats and hair in the shower drains and masking tape haphazardly taped around inside the bedroom door frame leading to the outdoor second floor porch.The “family fun” description of the downstairs ping pong table didn’t align with an inch of caked dust on top along with several dead roaches lying about, bicycles strewn about with flat tires and trash receptacles filled to the brim and unattended. Also the key fobs provided would not work on the neighborhood swimming pools so we were not able to use this amenity.The owners should have never knowingly rented this property in its current state. Until this property is completely and cosmetically overhauled, I would not recommend anyone renting it, much less at the price the owners are posting. There is a major disconnect with value to price payed.
