Gorgeous home, with single level open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of room for 9! Nestled on a private, wooded lot, it's the perfect Seabrook Island destination. You'll love the location close to the Lake House fitness center and outdoor pool, Racquet Club, and bike path to Freshfields Village. Just a short car or bike ride, ( 2.3 miles), and you'll be at the Seabrook Island Cub with outdoor pools, restaurants and golf courses. Along the way you will pass multiple boardwalks that will lead you to our spectacular beach where you can walk for 3.5 miles alongside the sparkling ocean.
Enter this home and notice how all the living space flows together. The entry has an inviting bench, shake off your shoes and leave your worries behind you! A large great room has two separate vignettes. The main room has comfy furniture and a 65" Smart TV. Just off the main room is a separate Nook. Two large chairs and an ottoman make the best reading spot. Head out the French doors to the back deck. The dining area has a large glass topped table with seating for 8. A wall of windows bring the beautiful views to your dinner table. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools. Stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite counters and custom cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked for the most discerning chef! There is a sunroom with three walls of windows and a sleeper sofa. A ceiling fan, desk, and 42" TV make a great space for kids and adults!
This home has four bedrooms. The Primary bedroom has a King size bed, vaulted ceilings and a private bath. The bath has a soaking tub and walk-in tiled shower. A double quartz topped vanity allows ample space for you to store your toiletries. Two guest bedrooms are connected by a Jack n' Jill bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have queen beds. One of the bedrooms has a 32" wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and quartz topped vanity. The fourth bedroom is a perfect spot for the kids! This room has a full sized bed and twin bunk beds. The full hall bath sits just off the kitchen and main living room. This bathroom has a walk-in shower. All three bathrooms have hair dryers for you to use.
A laundry room with full sized washer and dryer are available for you to use. On the back deck is a gas grill.
Feel free to bring up to (1) dog with you! Additional fees apply.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities. What's Free after SIC Amenity access is set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. What Costs Extra after Amenity access is set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA). Outdoor Pool: Complimentary access with QR code Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes Indoor Pool: Available at a daily rate of $15 per person per day.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It's in an adorable neighborhood. The house is all one floor which was good for some of our older folks. The house was clean and nice to stay in.

The house was extremely comfortableand well maintained. The open plan living area flowed. Having the additional den/enclosed patio also enabled those when working to have privacy and a quiet setting. Kitchen was very well equipped.

House was just like the pictures. Check-in was great. The were plenty of beds and they were comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. The only issue was the main AC had hard time keeping the house cool but there were plenty of fans at the house to help. We would stay here again.

Seabrook Island Getaway
Overall impression of the property is that it’s as advertised and lives up to the pictures (often not the case).
Most everything was easy. Amenities pass was great/key to having. Kids loved the pools. Well appointed/stocked. Kitchen was very usable for actual cooking. Just a great house, location, and community.
Had an issue or two that the property management firm was very quick/gracious to resolve. Small issues: there were some some personal items left from previous guests and small sugar ants that come with the territory this time of year.
All had a great time and would love to visit again.
