We are slightly off the beaten path, you are close enough to Negril town and the seven mile beach. Yet you are away from the hustle and bustle and are able to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay.

We have two studios including Kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.
Enjoy local walks or spend your days relaxing by the swimming pool.

The space
This is a family home with two self-contained studio spaces for guests.
Each studio is modern, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing indoors or enjoying a meal on your private verandah.

You can also unwind by the swimming pool or take a nap in the hammock beneath the shaded thatched gazebo.

Each studio includes an en suite bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, small freezer, kettle, and toaster—ideal for preparing simple meals. The space is new, comfortable, and surrounded by trees, with beautiful views over the sea.

The two studios are next to each other, so you could also book both studios to accommodate your family or friends.

We encourage guests to explore the gardens, and welcome them to pick fruits that are in season.
We also have many medicinal plants, which are well known for their healing properties such as Leaf of life, Dog blood, Moringa, and fruit trees such as Ackee, Breadfruit and Mango, June plum (golden apple).

Guest access
Feeling active? Get fit at our open/covered Muay Thai/ Boxing gym which also includes free weights.

Gym access will need to be booked at least a day in advance, you can also book a one on one Muay Thai or boxing class. These classes are designed to teach you the fundamental Muay Thai and boxing techniques and are exhilarating yet fun.

As part of our commitment to protecting the beautiful island we call home, the property is powered by solar energy.
We kindly ask guests to help us conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, when not in use. By working together, we can reduce our environmental impact and preserve the natural beauty of the Caribbean for generations to come.

We also have three friendly dogs on the property, who provide an added security and charm to your stay.
They do like the smell of shoes, so we ask that nothing is left out overnight to avoid any chewing.
