This is a beautiful newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom townhouse at Little Bay Country Club in Negril Jamaica.

cable TV with 200+ channels including 20+ movie channels and premium sports channels. Living room has new 50 inch smart tv and both bedrooms have 32 inch tvs. The master Bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 very comfortable full size ( not twin) beds.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, blender, cooktop stove,
oven, toaster. dishes, pots, and silverware.
Towels and Beach towels provided. New tennis court, two rackets available.

Beautiful place in Jamaica

The properth was very nice. Updated and comfortable.with nice amenities. The neighborhood was beautiful with frat pool and beauriful private beach. Will stay there again.

Perfect home away from home.

Paula’s home is a wonderful stay just outside of Negril. Absolutely perfect if you have your own transportation or use of taxi service to get around close to area restaurants and not far from seven Mile Beach. Absolutely loved the private beach area for this community as it gave great opportunities for snorkeling. Will definitely refer family and friends and will definitely visit again.

Pleasant House

The house has good amenities, it is clean, spacious and located close to the private pool and beach. It is an easy walk on the beach to the resorts and local markets. The lunch and fruit trucks that come during the week add to the convenience.

We provide free eye exams and cataract surgeries for the people in Hanover. The villa was a great place to base out of. It was a great place to stay.

Great location

We really loved the place and clubhouse. Clean and well equipped. Beach and swimming pool were very easy to get to, less than 2 minute walk. We spent several days there. Pictures on listing matched exactly.

Beautiful Villa, Close to Beach

Everything was as described. The villa was very beautiful, clean, spacious and welcoming. A couple minutes walk to the pool and private beach. The host Paula and property manager Lee were very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay again when visiting Negril on our next trip.

Always a pleasure to stay here when we visit Jamaica to provide free eye care and cataract surgery. After a long day of work it is such a relaxing and peaceful place to recharge.

Everything was great. Very nice place. Nice and safe location close to 7mile in Negril. Has a nice pool and beach area. Lovely luxurious bath tub. Check in was seamless. Kitchen well equipped with coffee maker blender etc. washer and dryer in unit. Perfect place for a family stay. I would recommend 100%. Having the kitchen helps save lots of money on eating out. TVs with cable in all of the rooms. Nice patio and balcony areas. Well worth the price.

It's Everything: Beach, Pool, Quiet+Community

You need nothing more from this property. Full kitchen, great landscaping, private beach and pool, plus a mini market for simple needs! From communicating with the lovely owner, to meeting other visitors and residents on the property, our family and friends felt very welcomed. Big plus: walking distance from the new Negril sign - perfect for photos!

Jamaican Beach Vacation

The property was just as described. Town house is spacious, clean and in a great location. It was stocked with everything that you needed. We loved the private beach which had great snorkeling and great Shade with plenty of chairs. Paula and Lee addressed any concerns promptly. Jamaica. I would book there again without any hesitation.

Best place to stay in Negril if you want to relax

What a wonderful place to to stay in Jamaica. We spent 10 days getting around west part of Jamaica, enjoying beaches, forest, dining, local foods and most we could fit in. We realized how lucky we were with our location, super quiet, private beach, huge pool, wonderful snorkeling, people were so kind. Paula's place is very comfortable, all amenities you will need. A/C works great. Highly, highly recommend!!! Thank you Paula.

Firat and formost the Property manager was very easy to deal with and super responsive. The home was as described. Very clean , kid friendly, and felt like home away from home. felt safe since it's gated community. I have no complaints at all and hope to return soon.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property, very convenient location. The private beach and pool is a 2 minute walk from this unit. Both were well maintained and cleaned all through our stay. The unit itself has great sunlight, comfortable beds, and updated bathrooms. Although we didnt cook gourmet meals, the kitchen had everything we needed throughout the week. The patio had a table with chairs where we spent alot of time, and was beautifully landscaped. I would definitely stay at Little Bay Country Club again, as well as this specific unit.

Beautiful House and club

We've stayed in Little Bay before, so we knew the grounds/beach/pool were amazing. The house in particular was clean and welcoming. The owner had someone nearby (Lee) to take care of any concerns, and he was prompt to reply to our messages. The beds were comfortable and the Internet was plenty fast throughout the house. The property never felt crowded or busy. We often had the beach to ourselves, and the pool never had more than a dozen people in it. We were able to bring a BT speaker to the beach without upsetting other people. Due to the bay, the ocean water was so calm that the water was crystal 30 ft out from the shore. We've stayed at the club before, and we'll definitely stay again.

I can't say enough about this property and our hosts! Our expectations were exceeded! We used the pack the pantry service, so when we arrived all our food/drinks were put away. It was an easy drive to everywhere on the island. Robbie was quick to answer any question we had during our stay. It was so fun to see so many old movies and cd's that we had to utilize them everyday to expose our kids to the good stuff. Robbie recommended Chef Keshlah for a personalized chef, which we did as a brunch on our last day. My only regret is that we did not use her multiple times during our stay. Our hosts gave us so many recommendations for safe and fun excursions and we are thankful because they were all great! We had two families with a total of 10 people and there was plenty of room. The best part was that both set of parents had their on bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It was a very quite and safe neighborhood. And we were the only ones on the beach for an entire week. The sand has some rocky areas so bring water shoes, but other than that it was perfect!!!! Thanks Rosalie and Robbie for a wonderful and safe place to stay!

The property was nice and clean.

The property was nice and clean. My husband and son enjoyed snorkeling just off the beach. We had rainy weather the first few days, which contributed to the problem of not having hot water for showers and dishes half of our stay. We contacted the owner of the property and instead of telling us that the hot water was based on a solar system on the roof, that didn't provided heated water on rainy days, she would send over her maintenance person to try and fix it. If she had told us in the first place that we wouldn't have hot water on rainy days, we would have been disappointed, and may have gone to another plac to stay, but we would not have kept bugging her about it.

To future guests: This review is disturbing because yes, the water is primarily solar heated. There is however a back up switch on the wall in the kitchen to heat the water on rainy days. Lee was sent over to make sure the correct switch was on, not to fix anything. This is the first guest review in 3 years that experienced this problem. If you read all the reviews, there is no mention of hot water problems. They may have had the washing machine switch on rather than the hot water switch.

Great place to stay

This place was wonderful, The beach awesome, very clean and well kept, very few people on the beach, if any at all.snorkeling in the reefs near the cliffs had lots of Fish to see, so my daughter said, better than at half moon beach snorkeling trip she took. Love the house, patio was very nice with garden around the patio.Gardens in the neighborhood was well kept and beautiful. Safe gated community, Lee was wonderful and responded to all our needs, we didn’t need much, everything was there that you needed. Didn’t need to call Paula. Just ask Lee and he will take care of it and you. Thank You Lee!! All you need is a car to drive up and down the strip, easy to drive on the left side. Will definitely stay again. PS. The soaking tub in the master bath was great also, Same as the ones they use at Rock House Spa, which was an excellent Spa w/ great service.

A little piece of Heaven 🖤💚💛

I'm not sure I have the right words to describe my stay here... AMAZING.. BEAUTIFUL.. PERFECT! This was my second time staying in Ms. Paula's wonderful home and it is simply PERFECT. The house was so very clean and well kept and had everything that we needed. We felt at home. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the back patio every morning. Not only is the house PERFECT but it is in very short walking distance to the most beautiful private beach with stunning views. Ms. Paula is a wonderful host and is so very very nice. She is very responsive to anything that I asked. She gave us some great information on best places to eat.....and she did not steer us wrong. We enjoyed everywhere she mentioned to go! Her property manager Lee is the most wonderful person ever too meet! He made sure we had the MOST MEMORABLE times during our stay here. He took very good care of us and felt like he was a part of our family. For that I am forever grateful for Ms. Paula and Lee! You will never forget when you meet genuine great hearted people. I repeated the word PERFECT several times and when you book Ms. Paula's home for your next vacation you will see why I did. Thank you for your home! I will be back! 🖤💚💛

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Anlage
