Great location

Great location with sea views. It could be even better with some blackouts in bedroom windows. Safe neighborhood, amazing beach and stunning terrace, it has it all.

The most amazing ocean view I've ever seen.We had a thunderstorm that stayed off in the ocean, but the sky above us was clear, and there was a meteor shower with shooting stars. We've stayed in this community 3 times but this was infinitely better.

Seagull Stay

Always great to visit Villa Seagull. We delivered 200 pairs f eyeglasses to Grange, Chester Castle, Burnt Savanna and Sandy Bay. What a great place to relax after volunteering!

Loved the time at Seagull Villa views are incredible. the outdoor stone gazebo is outstanding. Property management is very responsive. This was 3rd time staying there and can’t wait to return

Amazing

We spent 9 nights here and loved it. The cliffside location is amazing with beautiful sunsets. It's a short walk to the pool and beach. We went to 7 mile beach one afternoon and actually preferred the complexes private beach cove.

A week in paradise

Our family of five had a wonderful week at the property. The pool and beach were a 3 minute walk and my kids spent hours snorkelling around the reefs. The villa was fully stocked with everything needed and more.

The unit was perfectly described in the listing. Lots of kitchen utensils and the grill worked great. The unit was very clean upon arrival and we were greeted by a team to welcome us to the unit. The one question we had before we arrived was how far was the pool and beach to the unit? The walk was not far and it was an easy walk on the sidewalk. We were able to carry our cooler the distance without too much trouble. Sunsets are amazing from cliffs. Uber is now in Negril and we used it several times. Half the price of taxi rides. All in all, this is a great rental.

Paradise

This is the third year we stayed at Andrea & Curtis’s place. The apartment is pristine, the grounds are to die for and Andrea and Curtis are the perfect hosts. We plan to come back again and again if they will have us.

Wonderful stay!

The SeaGull was my family's home for a month, and it truly did feel like home. The owner, Andrea, and the house manager, Sherrine, were on top of things throughout our stay and made sure we were stocked up to weather the hurricane. The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well maintained. From the backyard you can sit in the gazebo or walk down the private steps until you're almost touching the water. The community is extremely safe, with a gated entrance and security guards patrol regularly. The clubhouse has a little store, the beach (with great snorkeling) and large pool, and is only a short walk away. We miss it already!

A nice nest!!

The place was as described. The only issue we encountered was the condition of the gas grill. It was our intention to grill daily and have a chef grill one evening. Well, the grill is in such poor shape, neither happened. This forced us to eat dinner out nightly and became extremely costly. I would have appreciated the operation of the grill to prepare grill fish etc. The inability to use this put a damper on our trip.

Below standard

Little Bay is like our second home. We have been coming to little bay since 2019. we travel twice a year to Jamaica and always stayed in multiple units in little Bay and we are generally are happy with cleanliness and the homes’s aesthetic. This is the first time we experienced this poor kept home. This property is lacking in so many areas, it would take me two pages to describe the horror we experienced. The place is so run down that it looks Dirty, the faucet, sinks, showers has lime build up and rust. The molding around the house are brown instead of white, the doors to the rooms, bathroom and front door are scuffed really bad they look dirty. The fridge did not work on arrival, they attempted to fix it, claimed that they did. However, it worked for a few days then leaked the rest of the time. The microwave never worked since check in. The water pressure was low on day two. There aren’t any instructions how to remedy any of these issues in the manual left on the table. I figured thinks out because of previous stays in the other units. We found a lizard in the bed & crab in the master bedroom. The shade in the kitchen is broken which kept the kitchen hot when the sun is at its peak. The towel and sheets were so old they are gray instead of there original color white. The Ac units took 10hrs to cool the house down. Underneath the Ac unit some patched area with a different color paint, there is also cracks on the walls ceiling. 1 Positive, view is amazing..

I regret to inform you that I cannot recommend this guest for future stays due to her inappropriate and disrespectful behavior during her visit. Despite the newly refurbished, decorated, and deep-cleaned flat being praised by the previous guest as beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, this guest expressed dissatisfaction in a manner that was insulting. Although she claimed that the flat was not clean, she opted not to allow the housekeeper the opportunity to address her concerns in a timely fashion. Furthermore, our maintenance team was called to the flat multiple times, which seemed unnecessary given the situation. While I value open communication and free speech, it is essential that such expressions are conveyed respectfully and accurately, which was not the case in this instance. In light of this experience, I would advise against hosting this guest in the future. It is important to note that the AC unit in the bedroom was newly installed just 11 days prior to this guest's arrival, and all AC units were also serviced. The flat was recently redecorated by a professional interior decorator and repainted. The previous guest, who stayed for a month, found the property to be beautiful, clean, and comfortable. You are welcome to read their review. The present guest has made no complaints and is very happy with their stay. It is strange that we have never had complaints about crabs and lizards in the flat before, and we have not encountered these issues in our home. Our full-time housekeeper has also never come across these problems. We apologize for not showing her the water pump switch, but it is clearly labeled. The description of the towels and sheets is not accurate. And of course the aluminum based fittings are not rusted. We pride ourselves in living in a well equipped and well maintained property.

We stayed at Seagull for 10 days with my husband and our three children. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the property has tremendous potential. Ralston, the security guard, was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Ms. Sherine, the housekeeper, was also wonderful—caring, thorough, and professional. She even went grocery shopping for me and, when she came to do housekeeping, replaced the initial dingy towels with fresh, new white towels. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket with coffee, towels, wine, hats, and bags. Unfortunately, there were several issues. We arrived after the 3 PM check-in time but still waited about an hour because the unit was being cleaned. Ms Sherine is off on Saturday, so another person was cleaning. The refrigerator cooled by morning. A dishwasher advertised was not present, the dryer repeatedly shut off, and we had only lukewarm water for the first three days. The pull-out couch was comfortable, but no sheet on mattress. Listing did not match the balcony chairs, tables, and cushions were missing, outdoor furniture was rusty, the gazebo had no lighting at night, and the grill was heavily rusted with holes. There were also safety concerns. 2 outdoor chairs were broken; my dad and another guest nearly fell. Bathroom fixtures were broken, and the toilet brush was extremely dirty. Overall, the property needs significant maintenance, updating, and better listing accuracy. I would consider returning if the necessary repairs and updates are made

Birthday Celebration

My Family enjoyed staying at Condo. Everything was as seen in the pictures. The kitchen lacked nothing, our chef really appreciated that. There were two incidents and Sherrine was just a phone call away. We felt safe and secure. My family cannot wait to return.

September visit

Property was excellent. View is amazing, beach and pool were very relaxing. This is a great time of year to go with little crowds. For the most part, our time spent at the pool and beach was just us a few couple others. Good snorkeling off the beach. We did experience a water outage in the area due to a main pumping station but it was resolved in a day. It affected the whole area and the resorts we bringing in water trucks to supplement. The place had everything we needed and the cleaning staff was very friendly and stopped to check on us during our stay. Air conditioning system upstairs took some getting used to but worked great once you settled in the room. Couple small suggestions. - A few more ice trays would be great. Ice is hard to find - For 2 couples, it would be best to have the second bedroom as a queen bed vs 2 singles. - Coming from Montego Bay, if you plan to cook in any, best to stop there and pick up your supplies there. The grocery stores around Negril have basics. Also recommend hitting the duty free liquor store at the airport. Lastly, get some Jamaican dollars at the bank as American dollar is taken but often at not the best rate.
