Great apartment in central location

Great property with 3 double bedrooms. Easy communication with the host who was flexible with times as we arrived late. Location very convenient- close to parking and restaurant and easy walk to the town centre. Bolzano was lovely at Christmas time. Dolomites and amazing scenery close by. Highly recommended area and location!!

Excellent apartment to discover Bolzano

Perfect base for a couple of days in Bolzano. The apartment had plenty of space for two adults and two teens, was perfectly clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The location is excellent: only a few minutes walk along the river to the historical centre, but in a residential neighbourhood with a very nice café immediately downstairs and a great enoteca across the street. Highly recommended!

Host was very helpful in sorting out parking. He did everything possible to make sure we had what we needed. I would suggest that a toaster be provided and kitchen knives and cooking utensils. I did not realise that it did not have a lounge/ family room only a two seater couch in the kitchen. But otherwise, location, apartment and everything else was great. I would definitely recommend.

The home was clean and comfortable. I was a bit nervous when we arrived as the common hallway and stairwell had a lot of messy looking storage and chipped paint, but the apartment itself was well cared for and we had no issue with other building tenants. The kitchen had most of what we needed for breakfast and simple meals, though there were no sharp knives to cut fruits or vegetables. It would have been helpful to have a bit more information at check-in, such as need-to-know information about the property (what key to use, locking/unlocking the main building entrance, operating heating and cooling), getting on the WiFi, and important locations near the property (local restaurants, grocery stores, attractions). It would also have been helpful to have operating instructions for the washing machine and coffee machine, as these may not be familiar to all guests. A guide to compost, recycling and garbage would have been good too. There were no instructions for check-out, so we didn’t do any cleaning beyond washing and drying dishes. Overall, this apartment was comfortable and quiet and my family had a pleasant stay.

Convenient location, reasonable.

Location was convenient walking to all we wanted to do in Bolzano — go to Archaelogical Museum, take the cable car up the mountain, visit restaurants and markets. Beds were also comfortable. These are two most important things to us so we did find the property good. However, there was trash from prior guests left, kitchen did not seem cleaned at all, we had to wash dishes before using as they were quite oily/dirty, ants were prolific in bathroom and kitchen, washing machine would not function, only two of three bedrooms had fans and the temperatures were very hot during our stay, but with windows open nights were ok. However there is a bar below the apartment so city noise loud and clear late into night, and a preschool facility next door so babies/children loud and clear early in the morning. Again, for us this was tolerable as we were always worn out from lots of daytime activity, bedrooms were clean and comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were nice once we cleaned them ourselves. Communication was prompt and helpful with owner, and we did receive a quite small discount for our issues. Fair enough and Bolzano was gorgeous. The property would be fabulous with addition of an air conditioner or a couple more fans, and someone who is assiduous about cleaning thoroughly between guests. Still can’t beat location and Bolzano is lovely and bedrooms nice.

Communication decevante

Je suis arrive devant l'appartement a 15h. J'ai appele 4 fois pour prevenir pas de reponse. La dame m'a envoye un message a 17h45 pour le code de la porte. Depuis 15h j'attendais. Je ne voulais pas coucher dehors avec mon fils handicape qui commencait a angoisser. J'ai trouve un hotel a Castelruth. La damebm'a renvoye un message a 20h pour savoir si on etait dans l'appartement. Je lui demande donc le remboursement. On ne fait pas attendre les gens pendant 3h sans repondre.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung. Ein paar kleinere Mängel gsb es (Toilettendeckel nicht ganz fest, keine Waschmaschine, Geruchsbilfädung aus dem Siphon, einzelne Steckdosen nicht aktiv). Ansonsten tolle Lage, entspannte Bar direkt vor der Tür, alles sehr unkompliziert.
