The property is clean and the beds were fine, however the property does not have central air conditioning. There is one windows unit in one of the two bedrooms, which is not adequate to cool the home. When we arrived it was over 80 degrees in the main living space. We purchased small fans to move the cool air to the main space and second bedroom. We stayed one night. Sleeping conditions where fine in the bedroom with the unit but we did not have privacy because we needed to keep the door open so the other two people could get cool air. We left the home around 10 am and the main living space was already over 80 degrees even though the temp dropped to the 60s over night. There is no way to open windows to let in the cooler night air. It was too uncomfortable to stay the second night and no refund has been offered.
