This was such a cozy house! We love this neighborhood and close to the canyons and campus. Check in was easy and the host accommodated a late checkout for our flights which was very generous. The layout of the home was so comfortable with two living rooms and the dining room flowing into the main level. Wow-what a huge basement! Tons of living space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The games were available but since we had beautiful fresh snow it was a little too cold for us to play. We would stay again and appreciate a great accommodation.

Place was clean, neighborhood seemed good. Pin pong was fun for the kids. Couple down sides 1. Ac automaticly turned off at night 2. We had 10 people and there were only 10 towels so sorry ladies if you want a towel for your hair you're out of luck.it says there room for more as well so I guess you would have to draw straws. No extra towels for the hot tub either. 3. The hot tub would trip the breaker every couple minutes. ( We picked this one over others for the hot tub so it was a big disappointment. ) Contacted owner / manager and all they said was if any of the appliances were running it would trip. The only thing running was the fridge. There was also so much chlorine it burned your eyes. 4. The beds were hard as rocks except the bunk beds. Ended up sleeping in there with the kids the last night. It was a fine stay just don't book it for the hot tub

Great property and location

This worked out great for what we needed. It was close to places we visited, it fit our group perfectly, and it was clean. Renter was prompt with communication and checkout procedure was very reasonable. We'd definitely stay here again.

Logan Adventures

Great location & quiet neighborhood. The house was large enough for six adults & one toddler to be very comfortable. Being able to use the garage for our bikes & hiking gear was awesome. Easy walk to USU campus & Aggie Ice cream.

Great Spot to Explore!

We had a small family reunion in Logan and really made the most of our time together. The backyard was great for grilling and playing outside. I loved the porch swing! We explored Tony’s Gove and Bear Lake and had plenty of hikes and places to kayak and paddle board. The house was perfect for our 3 little families and we had plenty of space for 11 people. Checkout was a breeze and the host was wonderful!

Great location, clean and comfortable

We came to Logan to celebrate a wedding and we are so glad we chose this space to stay! Great location and very comfortable for our big group! Clean and perfect for all ages. The game room was so fun! I would stay here again and will surely recommend to my friends and family!

Friends Getaway...

Everything about this was as noted, provided a good space for us to be together and relax as a group of long-standing friends. The power of the jets in the hot tub was a little subpar, but it was clean and still relaxing and we enjoyed it quite well in spite of this. We do some cooking and the kitchen could be a little better supplied with pots and pans, griddle, rice cooker, propane barbeque, etc...just some of our personal preferences. there was nothing misleading about this. Overall a good experience and a clean residence in a quiet neighborhood. I would easily stay here again.

Single Night Stay -- large group

We were traveling as a team to run a relay race that started at Utah State. It's always nice to be together as a team but difficult to find a place large enough for 12 people for one night. The location was great. We required little of the amenities, but would have loved to use that hot tub! The host was quick with replies and very friendly.

Our Texas and Washington family members were comfortable during our stay during our Logan family reunion. There was plenty of space to spread out and hang out together.

Brown family get together

Great location- nice walk/hike to the 1st dam. Everything was in bloom - the mountains were awesome! The house was perfect for the 8 of us- everything we needed and more.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. This property is in an old neighborhood in Logan. The renovations to this home were done nicely but the online pictures do make it look much larger than it actually is. It worked out great as a base camp for our wedding celebrations over the weekend. One thing.....hot tub water should not be cloudy! Would have been nice to take a soak but as it was, not a chance. The property allows pets which is nice as we have a mini schitzu that takes many medications and can't be boarded....be aware the yard is fenced but there are no gates to the front so you have to keep an eye on them when outside. Not a big deal for us as we are out anyway to make sure we clean up after she's done

Comfortable and Well Located

The property is exactly as advertised. Furnishings are basic but high quality and in exceptionally good condition. We really spent very little time actually in the property. We were always out for wedding-related activities. Having a quiet, well-furnished home to return to after each activity was definitely nice.

Great Location!

We were visiting family at Utah State and it was super close to everything we needed! Quiet neighborhood and Austin let us check in early and was super responsive. It was clean and updated exactly how it was stated! We played ping pong in the garage and there was enough room for the ten of us to stay comfortably. Would definitely recommend!

Exactly as advertised

The house is in a nice neighborhood close to the college. It was cold, so be sure to bring extra socks and a hoodie if you are staying in the winter.
